Right now....none.
All the 3.0 stuff was pulled from the shift, which doesn't have hdmi.
Hopefully someone can work some kernel magic, but only time will tell.
Which ROM will be the most stable and can support HDMI???

I've been looking for a ROM that supports HDMI also with Sense 3.0 and android 2.3+ but haven't found one. I had made a NAND backup of my original 2.2 EVO ROM immediately after I rooted and flashed that one and HDMI worked perfectly. Glad I did it, but I don't like having to be on 2.2 with the old Sense. Anyone know if there is an update on any ROM as of lately?

Hi Guys, hope you can help me
I've just received the official samsung MHL adapter for the galaxy S2 but unfortunately it isn't working for me.
I'm running Cyanogen 7 on my rooted galaxy s2 which I think is the problem. Can anybody advise me of any custom roms that are 'good' and support the MHL function? if not what should i do? I presume I can go back to official samsung rom but can somebody confirm this for me? If you can provide a download link too that would be great.
Many thanks guys
Robbie
MHL doesn't work on CM7 and I know it isn't on their priority list to fix. I've tried most ROMs and there's not a lot in it, different people will swear that different ROMs are tons better than others. If you don't know what you're looking for or where to start go with Villain ROM for now, then explore to see of something else works better for you. MHL will run on any other ROM, official or custom (except maybe MIUI, someone will have to clarify).

MHL will work on custom ROMs that are based on stock. As of now, none of the AOSP based ROMs supports mhl. That includes MIUI as well as CM7

It depends on the kernel I think.
I ran into this problem last week with my Sensation, I'm using CM7 on my phone and I wanted to hook it up to my TV. I found out that gingerbread did not support MHL to HDMI. What I want to know is will I be able to plug my (future) Galaxy Nexus up to my TV?

Yes you can use it on the Nexus on ICS.
Should work fine on Gingerbread too though.

It only works with TouchWiz and Sense, but not for pure Android.
And thank you for that link.

I am going to spain for a week and I'm trying to figure out how to get cheap internet. My idea is to buy a sim at a local shop and use my old Desire as a hotspot.
Any tips on what would be the best rom for this? It doesn't need to be the latest android release, it just has to be stable and support the hotspot functionality. I remember having various roms that had trouble with this.
There is nothing like best rom

My recommendation would be to stick to a gingerbread rom for this

Hello XDA mates, i want to ask you canany body port stock Samsung galaxy core plus rom to our hercules, because it is the version with android 4.2 so atleast we have got something new..... the main problem with AOSP rom is that they doesnt not play many video formats and asusual Mp4 restarting issue.
Q) And one something why can't anybody put plugins with AOSP or cyanogen rom?

If porting touch wiz ROMs higher than 4.1.2 were possible, it would have been done by now.
Can't see it happening.

Yeah but it is possible, like before I have HTC Desire HD with stock stock 2.3 Gingerbread but someone port desire x 4.0 rom with sense 4.0 and ot is as stable as stock and even I use galaxy s2 rom on desirehd, so it is possible to port higher stock from other phone to this phone
Its also better if I got answer from @Rushing
