Cant you just use the Yahoo Messenger app? I just bought my G2 yesterday so I have not tried it, But I used the Yahoo app to video chat on my HD2 running Android 2.2. I hope this helps.
It should be possible also with Fring or Qil but without a front cam, you'll have to be in front of a mirror or something.
I though Google was developing a portable mirror to go with our G2.

there will probably be mirror accessories one day.
Its possible with Tango I use it all the time. It has somewhat good quality.

That's a article on droiddog about a attachable mirror being developed to use as a FFC pretty cool

I've been trying to play this game but everytime I start a level it brings me back to the homescreen. Any idea why? Thanks.

plays for me but then the level 2 bug makes it so I'm stuck in a room and can't do anything from there

I had the same problem withthe game but when I switched from pershoots kernal to cm 6.1.1 it works flawlessly. What are you running?

i know they made two versions of that game, one for cortex cpus (galaxies and moto droids) and one for snapdragons (htc). maybe you got the wrong version of it?
Thats just great. I love that game and I want it on my phone. Im mad my friend just shows off with his EVO

Im using Virtuous ROM with setcpu on 'ondemand' from ~200 -> ~950 and it works fine
Do you think setcpu matters when running?

Lookin 4 any help n findin a FCC 4 the T-Mobile G-2

This isn't a text message to your friend!
Anyways, I don't think it's possible to install a FFC on the device, since there's no room for it. The vibrant had all the empty slots for an after-market FFC, the G2 does not!
Oh ok..well Thanx anyway

Can anyone post a working link to the latest Google Earth. I mean it isn't like our phone is incapable of running OpenGL as I just got a 33.3fps on NENAMARK.

I know that netflix works flawlessly on stock roms and Virtuous Fusion, but does anyone know if it works on a rom or kernel that can be overclocked?
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA App
Works fine on stock Desire Z ROM (1.34) with Godspeed kernel.
I knew there would be an xda about this.... I'm on CM7 and it seems perfect until I try to play video then there's only sound. Anyone else? Is there a work around?
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA App
Some claim it works on CM7 RC2.
Works on over clocked CM6.1.1, didn't work on CM7.0.0, so I'm back on CM6

So having a stock kernel makes absolutely no difference in terms of working netflix... interesting. What do you guys suppose netflix checks then? DRM?

I'd be interested to know what conditions need to exist for netflix to work, as I just read this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1074391&page=16
and installed the unofficial 'official' 2.3
Netflix looks like it works until I try to play a movie, I just get sound with a blank white screen.
