Are you installing from the android market on your phone? If you are using the market online you can apparently install apps that are not available on the market in your locality, i.e.google music for non u.s. Customers, but they fail with an error such as you are experiencing.

Google voice is only for US citizen
"Currently only available in the US."
Are You from US?

No iam in emirates and this prob was with skype too then i downloaded it from get jar

[Q] Continuum Hardware and Software Version

I'm posting my hardware and software versions below, do any of yours match? I can't seem to find this info online and I can't seem to get the software to update OTA. Just curious...
Hardware version: i400.0.6
Firmware version: 2.1-update1
Baseband version: S:i400.0.6V.DH25
Kernel Version: 2.6.29
Build number SCH-I400.DH25
Looks right... What update are you expecting?
Sent from my SCH-I400 using XDA App
same except...
Baseband: S:i400.0.6v.DJ20
Build: SCH-I400.DJ20
I see that they have released the source code...any idea what to do with it to develop custom ROMS? I rooted and deleted some things that have causes hit or miss on out goining text messages.
I got a seed device pre-launch and I suspected the software would be a little behind what's available now, I just can't update it automatically. I think I'll need to wait until the first custom ROM shows up.

texting issue
My texting issue turned out to be a +1 at the beginning of the phone number. I'm still up for developing, but I don't know what to do with the source code.
I have the same problem with text messaging.
