You can't flash the nexus rom to your desire...
Wait for one of the Exellent devs to port it over.

i have desire hd with android 2.2.1
i tried to use this guide:

but the Visionary+ dos not root the device its just gets stuck.
i'v waited half a hour and as you can guess nothing...

Then you should also try the Desire HD section. You will love the stuff there even more.

Please read through and search the forum before asking blunt blind questions. There are custom roms available but no wildfire roms available. There's dedicated topics, use your eyes.

As you probably know from the Nexus S forum, where you helped loads of people out, there's a Wildfire S Android development section where the roms are posted and discussed..

I do not know very well to install roms in hd desire which way is easier to install roms in desire hd...
until a few days had already htc hd2

Good luck.
One of the easier ways is to use ROM Manager. Its free of the market. I'm pretty sure you need root to flash the rooms but its pretty handy to have.

Here's how I did it, and I believe this to be the safest way possible: I gave my Wildfire S to my wife, went to the phone shop and bought the One V. I'm VERY happy.
Seriously, they are working on porting the Sense 4.0 ROM from the Golf (Desire C). The phone is physically similar to the Wildfire S and the ROM very similar to the One V's:

I think that's the best answer we can hope for.
