Here's how I did it, and I believe this to be the safest way possible: I gave my Wildfire S to my wife, went to the phone shop and bought the One V. I'm VERY happy.
Seriously, they are working on porting the Sense 4.0 ROM from the Golf (Desire C). The phone is physically similar to the Wildfire S and the ROM very similar to the One V's:
[DEV] RUU for HTC Golf ICS-Sense
I think that's the best answer we can hope for.

Hi developers,curious question is anyone going to attempt a rom based on the desire s? Only reason i ask is because its tge closest maybe to the desire than porting hd roms etc,i am running a hd rom so happy days! Just saying it might adapt better? Though i know sweet fa lol

I plan on getting a wildfire soon. And I want to rot and install roms. But what I'm wondering Is does it matter if my phone is cdma and the roms are for GSM? Also are all the roms out for the wildfire GSM or cdma?
Cdma wildfire is called HTC bee, whereas gsm version is called HTC buzz. There is no custom recovery for HTC bee AFAIK. So don't get cdma wildfire if you want custom roms.
And why do you choose wildfire. It is already outdated. Many users with wildfire (including me) are willing to sell their phone. Now a days you get better devices than it even with low price. The LG optimus p500 and zte blade are preferable (if cam and flash is not given priority).
The newer wildfire s is not rootable as now. So it is also not recommended. Ignore if you are a sense lover.

had already bought yesterday may phone htc hd desire
I do not know very well to install roms in hd desire which way is easier to install roms in desire hd...
until a few days had already htc hd2

One of the easier ways is to use ROM Manager. Its free of the market. I'm pretty sure you need root to flash the rooms but its pretty handy to have.

I have just switched from hd2 to one x and I couldnt find a proper rom to install.
As a user I do like the hardware of htc phones they are solid and sleek design but i couldnt love htc sense...
I want to install a rom which is basic features of Android but htc sense...
Which rom should I load?

Please use the search function and try out the ROMs yourself. Nobody can tell you what you will like the most.

There is no best rom. Test them yourself and find out .... these questions usually and up in a flamewar between different rom users.
As i said, flash them and use them for a while. Not satisfied ..... flash another one
