Failed ROM upgrade Harrier xv6600

I'm using Audiovox xv6600 with wm2003 se ROM 1.36.0.
While I was upgrading my ROM to HA_VZW_207_117_01167_A12 (I get it from http://www.myehud.com/xv6600/ce-roms.html )

Then I wait for the progress...
It's about more than one hour... (it's says only 20 minutes)
There isn't any progress. So I've decided to pull my device from cradle (how stupid i'm..)
Then my device goes to...
So,i try to push reset, soft reset, hardreset, and try to enter bootloader (power+record+camera+reset) but it doesnt works...
AAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH..........
What should I do..??
There someone could help me..?? PLEAAASEEEEE.....

[Solved] Android screencast and SDK installation

Hi Guys,
I'm starting to use the XDAndroid on my Blackstone more regularly and something that I really miss from the WM world is MyMobiler.
I seached and found a similar apk called Android Screencast here.
In the requirements to make it work:
1.Install the android sdk
2.Connect your device through USB cable and ensure it's detected with "adb devices"
at this point is where my problems started. ADB didn't detected the device but after manually install the SDK usb drivers and restart the PC it worked.

Android Screencast isn't as good as MyMobiler, but it works.

Vodafone smart 4 power(985N)-Alcatel pop s7 ROM

Methood to pup the alcatel software to vodafone smart 4 power . Here is the rom file http://www.needrom.com/download/sotck-rom-alcatel-pop-s7/ this it's the scatter orde for file.

Please, does anyone have a link to download the firmware with instructions to flash for Vodafone 985N Smart Power 4? I found a version of the custom build 070FLN1, but I need at least 110FKN1 or 230FKN1 ...

I have installed Rom 5.0 [ROM][5.0.2][AOSPA] ParanoidAndroid 5.0-alpha1 by @bryan 2894 , and i use about 1day , i want to use stock rom, i go to setting and chose advanced reeboot to reboot into recovery mod , after that it dont go into my recovery ( CWM ) , it reboot into Cyanogen recovery mod , and i cant do anything in that , can't reboot into bootloader , cant charging , can't update ,......i can go to ODIN mode but it can't recognize my device , what i can do for help my phone, please help me (

Which rom to install (Functional with operators in Brazil) and how to install ?

Hello, I live in Brazil where there is no support for HTC devices, I have a Desire Eye bought it with root, I want to install an original rom (stock) that works with Brazilian operators (Unlocked), can someone help me to know what to install and how ?
Note: I bought the device with rom viperonem8 6.1.0 yes M8 :confuso: , I do not know how to install correctly, I tried the installation by HTC program but it does not recognize as Desire Eye, I think I should download .rar and install by TWRP
