i am downloading a SONY XPERIA X1 WVGA WM6.1 Build 19949.1.2.0 from Dvha
now i have problem ! i can't doing anything!
What i must to do ?

Put it in Bootloader mode,
Bootloader mode: Hold side OK and POWER buttons together and reset with stylus.
Hook your phone back up...USB to PC and flash another Rom.

i can't do it !

put in bootloader as he said, it will not 'show' as connected but you're OK to flash

how anyone pitcher to all processing ??

Bootloop wiithout Recovery access (Always enters WMShua)

I have a S4 Mini (I9195 LTE) with a Bootloop problem, I already tried to flash CWM, TWRP, stock ROMs from Sam Mobile, CM-12. All of them with Odin or Heimdall (both of them when possible) and I always get the succeed message, but when I try to enter Recovery Mod (before regular boot) I receive the WMShua Recovery showed on the attached SS, and when I let the cellphone boot it just Bootloop. I hope the IMG files can help to figure out what's going on and hopefully someone can help me solve it.

Flashing failed, white screen. Can't go back to kit kat

so I tried to flash Leaner Lollipop that gibz (i think) provided and got white screen after flashing. I turned off my phone somehow, downloaded stock firmware (4.4.4) and tried to flash that but didnt work. When I press download and plug in the phone, I would get error 2004, and phone would just start charging and boot up. please someone help me quickly. Phone is 820us dual sim

ADB not working while phone plugged in

I have this htc one m9 that cant do anything just boot into bootloader no matther what i do, boot in download mode doesn't work, same with recovery, the repair store said they never seen this kind of phone, the htc support team are full idiots.
Can anybody help me? I can give screenshots of it if anybody can help me.

Mi MIX 2 bootloop and can't flash TWRP

Hello everybody,
I've been lurking around here for quite some time now and just registered because I am not getting my phone running anymore.
I used the MIUI rom and wanted to put it back to factory settings.
Unfortunately it's stuck in a bootloop now, it keeps restarting after chosing the language and the country (China only option).
Whenever i want to flash TWRP or OrangeFox, I get the erros from the picture below.
It somehow crashes and I need to close the Powershell Window.
I tried several different USB Ports and USB cables.
