Ota 2.2 evo update

Im running the 2.2 ota update from sprint with no root.. what method would be the fastest and easiest way to root it?? Thanks

Not yet. The thread I pointed you to will be changed as soon as a root is made available.

lmao but don't Questions belong in the Q& A section?

I would suspect that we would have to wait for a stable build for the Desire HD/Z which share the same/similar hardware. From there, TDJ or another dev would port it to the MT4G.

I've literally sat here for around 5 minutes trying to find something to say that adequately describes my frustration at this thread...no luck. will report back later

Method for what? If it's a root method, the only recommended way is posted in the wiki here an on CM.

Its a root method not for g2. I know it was first used on evo 3d and some others, but not for this phone....should of been obvious if you searched at all

[Q] Port HTC Sense to LGOG

Is it possible to port htc sense 3.0 or 3.5 to LGOG. I want a custom version ported from the Infected Eternity ROM found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1003891. Is this possible and is it safe? I really would just like the framework.
Edit:
I am now working on a new ROM with HTC sense. Thanks to evodev and Epic for answering my questions. I will post in the dev section when I have an alpha version ready to be released. If your excited about this, thank me or check out evodev's posts or Epic's post.
