Dual Sim and Artemis_touch_1.0_wwe

Hallo, I've installed the rom, that is very fantastic, the best I've tried. I only have a problem: my dualsim, that works perfect on wm5, does'nt works with this rom. Someone can help me?

seems as if I am the only person using a dual sim and having fun with it ! What is your problem exactly? The problem that I had is that when I switched from one card to the other the provider wouldn't change in the dialing pad or any other software although it changed. In WM6 you need at least version 5.2.1680 to have that feature working. I use an analog card, that might be the reason it's working. I found many threads about that topic today in the accessories forum and there seems to be a guy having a digital dual sim adapter and having problems with it.

Sorry for my english, I am Italian! Some weeks ago I read many threads searching a dualsim that works on Artemis, and I buyed the analog one, that switches operators turning on-off fly mode in the phone. This works very well with WM5, but in WM6 when I switch fly mode, I have always the first operator (vodafone) and not the second (tim). I've set the network using "network wizard" and I think this may depend from this...
What do you think about?

I have Vodafone and T-Mobile and I used to switch from one card to the other but I thought it didn't.
If your card is not broken or has not enough contact there is an easy way to find out if you sucessfully switched your cards. Switch cards, then go to phone settings and check what your voicemail number is. This is the way how I used to find out which card I was using. Do you know what I'm talking about?

Tried so you do, but nothing to do. Now, I also have a digital dualsim and I'm going to try with that.

[Q] DHD No In-Call Sound ... ANOTHER

I have an issue where when I make a call there is no in-call ringing but the phone that I'm dialing rings which shows that the call is connecting. I can be heard by the recipient but I can't hear them. If they dial my DHD then I can pick up and we can speak as expected.
I'm on T-Mobile UK. I've tried the sim card in a Nokia handset and it works fine. I've tried another T-Mobile UK sim card in the DHD and the problem is still there. I've also tried an Orange UK sim card and the problem is NOT there which would suggest a T-Mobile issue but I'm not sure. The handset is factory unlocked and I'm using the original ROM
I've tried a factory reset through the menu and that has not helped.
Does anyone have any ideas, suggestions or similar experiences?

I did a hard reset and entered my google details again which brought back all the apps I had got from the market place. The phone worked initially but after about one minute I was back to square one...
I did a second hard reset but did not enter my google details and therefore the apps were not there. The handset worked. I then entered my google details but this time the apps were not present on the handset. I downloaded the apps I wanted and the handset is still working.
All i can think off is an app has switched of the in-call audio. When I inserted the Orange SIM there was no internet connection so I think it must have been an app but I'm not sure as I had not installed one for sometime.
Also when I login to the android market place on my PC it still shows my old apps however this is not reflected on the DHD????

does the sound come out through a pair of headphones during a call?

Galaxy Nexus STK (For dual SIM adapter use)

Hi,
I have a Galaxy Nexus and I also have a dual SIM adapter (Magic Sim 28th generation) which I wan't to use on my Galaxy Nexus.
But it's not working properly... It only works once, after switching card the first time the STK menu disappears.
Sometimes doesn't work at the first time, others it works but the phone stays with the APN from the first card making impossible to use internet.
I have stock 4.2.1.
Anyone experiencing problems?

[Q] no sim / emergency calls only

I've spent the last several hours trying to fix my new "No Sim" and "Emergency Calls Only" problem on my GT-N7100.
The phone worked with my SIM card last week. In the middle of a call, it stopped working. I have replaced the sim holder, rooted the phone, deleted the cache files with Titanium, and still nothing. I can remove the sim card and put it back into my HTC OneX and it works fine. I have tried my wife's sim card from her iPhone 5. It doesn't work either.
I also looked around in the network menus (8#913...). The sim shows to be unknown.
Should I look at replacing the modem software? If so, where do I get it and how do I do it?
I am an AT&T subscriber in North America.

You just need to change your modem or reflash stock rom

Thanks for the reply. How do I ensure that I have the right modem for my location?
I just flashed it with the BTU N7100XXDMC3 N7100OXXDMC2. Still not working. Add to it, the new screen that I just installed in it last night died this morning. Now I've got to wait for the ebay store to replace it. This phone is becoming a money pit, and I can't even get it to make a call. I placed three calls on it with MY sim card before I bought it, so I know it worked.

Hello. I've read many threads like this but didn't find a solution for my problem, so I start a new one, my first thread.
I've bought a Note II (N7100) international version months ago and suddenly I got the message "not registered on network", "no sim", can't access to mobile networks and so on. Further, it is impossible to access to settings>more settings>mobile networks> "INSERT SIM CARD TO ACCESS NETWORK SERVICES". For a better knowledge I found a video on youtube it explains the exact issue I'm suffering.
I got this error when I was on stock rom, so in order to fix it, I thought it was the modem, so I rooted it, installed the criskelo rom v.17 and v 18 and didn't worked. Then I installed the file "modem.tar.md5" and no results. When I try to flash that file trough odin I got a message "removed" and then the phone reboot before the "pass" message.
I have tried my sim card on a S3 and it works, have tried the s3 sim card on my note 2 and it works too. It is like my phone does not match my own sim. When I went to the carrier they tried another sim and it works on my device. I have bought a new sim card and it DOES NOT WORK. I think it's a software issue because the phone worked with other sim cards. It is quite frustrating 'cause I have this issue for about 5 months and no solution come to me. I'm consider the hammer test for my Note II if I don't fix it during this month. Can't sell it, rent, borrow or give away because the phone DOESN'T WORK AS A PHONE.
Please, some kind soul, HELP ME!!!

Sounds like a hardware issue with the SIM card reader in your phone, not making a good contact with the first SIM.
Can't you just get the first SIM replaced?

Indeed, I thought it was the sim reader so I changed it, didnt worked. As I said the phone read some sim cards so I think its not a hardware issue. Please check the vídeo I left. Thank you for your response.
