with jf1 kis sayd firmware canno't be update.... with jf4 and jf8 i'm able to update to jl2 with kies but i've not samsung app :/

I have bought yesterday a SM-T320.
For my region (Italy) the last firmware available is T320XXU1ANAI that doesn't include Kids Mode.
There is a way to update it to a newer firmware version of an another country?

I don't think there is a need to update to another country, I would just install kies 3 and let the app update the device to the latest firmware but if doesn't or you are set on using odin to flash it there is an Italy update to BN1 that should include kids mode.

Install samfirm fast firmware downloader tool for windows. There is a box that says Region. You need to write the country code down depending on what country you want to have the firmware.
Countrycodes can be found in google.
If downloaded you can flash via odin and then your build number is changed
