Can you please explain to me what is that 'Orange' rom ? (for example the : UK orange 2.1 stock).
'Cause I'm french and we have an operator called Orange France, are the rom called 'Orange PL' or 'UK Orange' from this operator ?
And I have an other question :$ I've already flashed my phone with the official french rom but I want to come back on the Official Orange rom (I've found it : mediafire.com/?vp2rk6kdwvthiar) because Orange is going to release the froyo update for Orange's users.
But I want to reset completely the defy, should I flash and then make a Wipe reset ? Is it the only thing to do to reset completely the phone ?

Hi, Im from Slovakia (I have spv m2000) and I wonder if there is some rom update for ORANGE. Can I upgrade with any of Orange rom or I need the slovak orange rom. Or by upgrading wm2003se to wm 5, I dont want to lose GSM function. I hope u understand my english. Can u please help me, cause I cant find that rom which I need.
Hi, how can you backup the original rom from the S621 ?
I from Brazil and my rom is in protuguese. I caled HTC here in Brazil and they told me that there is no prevision to relese the WM6 here. so I dicided to flash the WM6 in english But I want keep my rom to flash it again if i need to send it to HTC.

I have a diamond whith SFR and I hate this rom because the color is red and is very slow to use the interface 3d .. Snifff

I'm looking for a french rom PDA+PHONE+BOOT for my i780, because I tried to upgrade but only english rom are available and I had many other problems so I would like to reinstall a stable rom.
I would prefer without brand like BOUYGUESTELECOM, SFR or ORANGE.
Maybe someone could cook a french rom with wm6.1.

My question is as follows: I bought an Excalibur SIM unlocked (free for any carrier) from ebay and it comes with WM6.1 installed with chinese/english interface. I would like to install the oficiall spanish wm6 rom from HTC...Can I do that just with the rom loader and then install the oficial spanish rom or I need to do something more to avoid errors? I assume since my excalibur is brand new and has a non-oficial rom installed that it is unlocked already.

Ok, thank you so much for your information, but not sure, that`s procedure will be succesful no matter what rom`s language are you loading?? ( I mean my present rom is chinese/english and I want to load a spanish one)
