Pimbackup. I cannot backup folders of the sd card!!

Hi guys,
Anyone knows why is not possible to copy complete folders from the SD card and however I ca do it from the ppc storage memory?
br.

why would u want to use Pimbackup for this? lol. i just use a adaptor and plug the MicroSD straight into the PC, much quicker, and you can just copy the whole card over.

hi there i have a problem upgrading my p3300 im running on official wm6 and i tried upgrading to TOM's ROM and got the error message 270. then i insalled uspl v1.0 and tried upgrading again but it stops at 3% and restats the phone there i get error message 244 invalid device ID.
i don't knw if there's a way of upgrading my device with tom's/any rom . i read somewhere about the RUU i don't knw if that's my problem ???
can anyone please help me.....

you can backup folders also with spb backup.

hey first don't you think you posted in a wrong thread
anyway try to hard reset your device and then run the USPL. before flashing any ROM

IGO8 installation error, cant copy to storage card.

change read/write attributes for the memory card and also check the folder properties for your pc or laptop.

So im posting a new thread again sorry about that but i still cant get android to work
What ived done so far:
1.Partitioning the sd card Fat32/Ext2/Ext2/Lynx swamp whit gparted from ubuntu 10.4
2 Put cyanongen on my sd in a folder called andboot:
Heres what ived downloaded
androidinstall.tar and the atached Haret from the same post
3.Runed Haret that i also put on andboot folder i pressed the midle key select

Here are many good users that tried to help me but it seems im just to nooby to finish the progres if someone is testing the cyanongen please upload the files to media fire or anithing else so i can just copy them on the sd and instal it

Can't really remember how to use the SD method. Installing on NAND is way much better. I guess full explanation for the SD is somewhere here in the TyTN II forum. I guess milanche explains enough on this thread

Best advice: if you use your TyTN II as a main phone, don't mess with it now, wait until you come back from your trip when you have plenty of time to fix problems that may occur...If this is a secondary phone, best thing to do is install on NAND. it works fine for me (aside from me trying new stuff every day and messing every thing )

Hmm.. You get I/O error during install.
First thing I think of is damaged SD card. Do you have another you could try?

ived folowed akmalxxx guide and ived got the the same eror that milanche was talking about
and in the end after the A N D R O I D
ived got this error Unable to open persistent property directory /data/property directory /data/property errno : 2
This was done on the same sd so sd might have problems then i wil try another sd and post back

Hello guys,
I flashed the new MIUI Rom yesterday and it worked great until now. I have installed some apps and today when i tried to open skype i got this Error !
Now when i want to open any app, the same erros appears..
That really sucks now and i couldnt find any solution in the web.I Know that anyone here can help and hope for your helps..
ROM : MIUI 1.2.11 Au
Ext3: 1gb
sd card : 8gb

Hi guys ,I tried to install MIUI 1.11.1 on my 2.1 Defy, but unsuccssesful ,phone hangs on big red M mark...I tried to apply sd card update on system recovery 2 e, but it can't see anything, (E:failed to open /sdcard/update.zip (no such file o directory))
How I could install Clockworkmode recoveryfor MOTO defy , when phones didn't see sd card? or make sd card visible
