Hey, I'm thinking about getting a Droid Incredible. I know it's gonna be a lot of work but how should I go about unlocking it to work on sprint. That's assuming sprint will accept the phone and let me activate it..
I've heard of it being used on Cricket, never Sprint. Not sure man, good luck though.

Or metro pcs, the only way to get sprint to work is if you have someone on the inside that can activate phones

Or is there any prepay service I can use? I know AT&T Samsung epic can run boost. Does Cmda run on Verizon phones? Any info would be appreciated.

I recommend page plus cellular. great verizon coverage and good pricing. only hitch is data is somewhat limited. other than that its all good.

I have a female desire on us cellular. I have s-off and rooted running cyanogen 7.1. I was wondering if what I did allows me to us my phone with other carriers. Thanks for all help.

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you can't. Cdma desire is the short straw of the lot. You also can't use any of the nice new sense 2.0+ rom with it. But there's someone out there working on it in another post. I hope he still is anyway

thanks a million. Blugrass pissed me off so i just stoped paying. But i love my phone and would like to keep using it. I wonder if i could use it on sprint. The only thing is that us cellular runs off verizion and so does sprint. I know they block your esn but i'm not sure if it's for us cellular or just for who i'm using.
You could probably use it on boost, but sprint won't activate it.

I attempted to flash a Boost mobile native galaxy s3 running 4.1.2 to Pageplus last night. Got voice and text working fine, however, cannot get data up and running, even 1x.
Loaded Pageplus Prl, and tried to *228 to no avail. Also tried manually change the settings in the paid version of cdmaws, under the 'evdo' section.
The S3 thread was closed, so I thought I would post here, and see if anyone could point me in the right direction? If this is the wrong section, please advise, and I will be happy to post there.
I also read that there is a way to obtain 3g without using a donor, and I thought it may be similiar to sprint to boost flashing using wifi, but that did not work either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok guys, its Christmas, anyone? How about just the steps to actually pull needed keys?
(Have tried flashing a Page plus 3g profile, and updating the profile over wifi. Nothing, still 1x)

the reason nobody is really willing to help is because its a drawn out process ive been flashing phones to pageplus and verizon for years and what happens is after its flashed if you dont pay your bill in a timely manner your data will stop working. and guess what the LAST PERSON TO WORK ON IT IS now MaRrIed to that dam phone meaning that all subsequent issues get blamed on the last person that touched it. i wont even do it for free anymore due to [a holes] acting/feeling entitled

Ok. Will you help me out with the steps? Or, point me in the direction to find the steps? Or? Can I "donate" for help with the steps?
I tried flashing my daughter's S2 (sprint native) to straight talk, as I forgot to check the esn prior to buying a network access card. And wouldn't you know, it was a bad esn with sprint.
So, if anyone can help me out today, or tonight. Please let me know.

Hey who here is using the N2 on cricket? I have something special just for cricket users if I can find a few that is.
Please just post something and if I have 10 or more different users I will post a special rom ONLY FOR CRICKET USERS.

Hey you got the same rom. Only doesnt like sprint. Guess since the only two cricket users already have it then no need to share. Thought I could really tease yall sprint users. Funny that it is exact same phone yet only cricket users can run it.

Sprint Note 2 flash to Cricket
Quick question for any of you currently on Cricket with a Note 2...did you guys just take your phone to Cricket and have them flash it and then begin your service with Cricket or did you do a CDMA flash yourself and then get Cricket service for your phone? Seriously considering going to Cricket (tired of being ROBBED by Sprint), currently have 2 lines that would need to be moved over to Cricket. Thanks in advance for any responses.
And thank you mancuso for a phenomenal ROM experience. I have been running your S5 port with absolutely no issues with any version I have flashed (all clean flashes of course)...thanks again!

I flash my phones myself since all the software you need is free. I was already a cricket customer when I flashed my first sprint phone to cricket (evo 4g). I took the evo to cricket and they activated the esn and gave me the rest of the info I needed to finish the flash. Later I got an evo 3d and cloned it so I could avoid paying cricket to add a new esn. When I got my note 2 I again cloned it. Cricket still thinks I am using the old evo 4g.
Now if you are thinking about going the cricket route things will be a little different very soon. Cricket has become a part of AIO (an att prepay service). Some time next year all cdma service will end and be strictly gsm.

Hmmm well thanks for the info. Being that things will change soon I guess I'll have to check out straight talk, metro or boost. Will any of your ROMs work with those services?

Community and S5-feat should work on any of those and once I get dn3 fixed it will also.
