if It's rooted you can use this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1022518
Not rooted. She wont let me root it haha. I just don't know how to update it without going into recovery. My phone is rooted so I know about all of that.

The format of the update will not allow you to update without htc sync on a pc. Sorry :/

To get the rom.zip (esprimg) run the ruu and open command prompt, click services, and right click on ARUWizard.exe and open file location, and move the file (rom.zip) to your desktop and rename it "esprimg.zip" and put it on the root of your sd, and flash in bootloader

Out of luck then. No computer. Ha. Oh well. Weird how I can root a phone and put so many completely different kinds of phones on it without a computer. But I can't do a little update for a phone without one.

Are you referring to the oneclick app that was developed for the droid? I vaguely remember that it stopped working after android 2.2 aside from the fact that it was only working with a few htc and moto droid phones excluding the droid X.
EDIT: http://www.intomobile.com/2010/08/0...app-for-motorola-droid-droid-x-and-milestone/
it seems that it was pulled from the market either way. I'm thinking a large amount of n00bs decided to be idiots with this app and ended up bricking their phones, which would be good enough cause for the app to be pulled.
No I didn't think it would be that easy I was thinking about using an app to use adb or something

Don't know what you did to downgrade/unroot nor do I know the error, so I can't really help you there. Maybe a little more info?
I used the DI_unroot.zip and it downgraded me to 2.1 and it also got rid of my super user and wifi tethering app. I waited for the ota but nothing so I went ahead and downloaded the official ota update file from Verizon to try to update manually but the installation aborted. I know how to update the incredible because I manually updated my girlfriend's incredible. Idk what could be the problem.

If you are sending it in for warranty why do you care if the OTA is applied or not?
Just send it in.
I figured that if I got the update that would mean that I got rid of the root completely i don't want there to be any traces of root.

Does anybody have any idea how to get netflix working on cm7.0.3? Need help get bored staying up late
Thank u!

Search before you post. The link in my signature is a flashable ZIP with instructions to fix the problem you're having with Netflix on CM7.0.3.
I just installed the latest nightly CM7 and the new market. Downloaded netflix and it works without flashing anything.
Is there any skipping? I'm not on nightly don't have rom manager premium

Still asked for my opremium code its weird any other suggestions?
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA App
its going to because u have free rom manger installed but what you can do is download to your computer and move to your phone and then flash in recovery
Alot of these issues come from Netflix needing certain files the ROM doesn't have at that certain giving time.
Thanx a bunch man will do

Have you tried going on amazons website and seeing how many devices they say you have registered on your account? Every time you reinstall the appstore app and sign in the store, it adds another device. After a while, it fills up and wont let you use it until deleting some of those
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA Premium App
I just figured that out. I acctually had to deregister phones before to get it on another rom. I just had a major brain fart. Thank you.
