I think that depends if you have the artwork dowloaded with the songs album. WM associate any JPG with the song.

you should check Thread " [GUIDE]How to locally sync files, folders, pictures, videos and music[EASY] " at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=707607
I think you 'll find the answer there
Maybe you should check your songĀ“s Id3 Tag.
Check them with MP3 tag here

You can use the built-in Windows Media Player or some third-party program such as TCPMP (ex-Betaplayer).
Really? I had been told that the IIs didnt support MP3s

Put it like this, an XDA IIs is like a portible laptop, almost anything you need you can put on your phone, its great! I have AIM, IRC, email, text messages, internet explorer, anything! You can even put DivX movies on your phone! =)
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE XDA IIS PLAY MP3 RINGTONES
:x
if you read above, apparently it does!!
Mine is in the O2 store at the moment for repair but once I get it back I shall see what I can do with it.

Hello.
I like my PC music player called AlSong, because it has lyrics bar and it searches the internet for lyrics when you play a song. Of course it doesnt support all songs, but like 50% of them.
I wonder if there is anything like this for ppc ?
would be nice
wikitune for blackstone

I had the problem of some albumart not showing in my htc media manager in the touchflow today screen.
I tried the solution of putting songs in a folder with the folder.jpg as albumart, this worked but it meant that for every song i had to make a different folder since i have many songs this was not really the solution i was looking for.
I wanted all my songs in 1 folder.
My songs look like this : Artist - Song name.mp3
if you make a jpg with the following name : ~hTC_Song name.jpg
the albumart is displayed correct.
I now have all my songs and album art in 1 folder and all the albumart is displayed.

I don't know which version of Manilla/Touchflo you're using, but in 2.1 aswell as in 2.5 album art embedded in mp3tags is read corrrectly. You can add album art to your songs by using programs like MediaMonkey or Mp3Tag; much easier the manually renaming jpg files

Hi and welcome,
A little bit of search was enough to reach for an answer. I will encourage you for doing this in the near future.
On that note, thread closed.
