hello
Post your Quadrant benchmark score, and which ROM are you using.
Insetcoin 2.0.1 D2EXT BUT mobile internet doesnt work:
2200
RCMixHD 3.0 → 2215
Buy the way, does anybody have an idea why I can't flash the RCMixHD 3.6 (D2EXT) ?
I have the right partitions. :S
There are at least 2 threads like this. Next time use search
2679 or rdmixhd
oxygem 1345
redux 1283
cm7 1436
all at 998mhz
ReflexTSense 1.8 D2SD

Little bit of somewhat a noob question ^_^.. but this isn't really my area..
So I've tried to search a bit about this topic but didn't find anything (if anyone knows of a thread on this exact question plz link )..
Why is it that most GB ROMs give me a score of +/- 1300 on Quadrant Standard.. and MIUI gives me 2300.. So with that kind of difference, why do I see little or no difference between the actual performance of this and e.g. cyanogenmod.
Also, are the results given because of a good kernel? and if so why don't other AOSP ROMs use it?

Daemon controller no doubts, just search for the original thread you have listed advantages over SetCPU in there.

Time for a good old fashioned benchmark thread.
Disclaimer: I know benchmarks don't mean much, but I enjoy these threads.

This one's a bit depressing:
I'm running aokp build 19, ocd to 1.35 GHz
Linpack: 84mflops
/facepalm.
Hi,
Already exists: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1443343
You'll need:
*Linpack
*Rooted ph [search forums]
Why use Linpack?
I prefer to compare my setup against well my setup! Rather than an obscure score for a another ph!
Currently I'm using 1200 Mhz... [NB, 1265 Mhz caused a lot of 40 C temps]
mflops = mega FLoating point OPerations per Second - One million floating point operations per second <<= Huh!?
Discussion ^^

so i'm curious, whats your rom/kernal, and benchmark score? do you pay much attention to the benchmark scores?
Stock 5.0.1 (BOG5). Don't care about the score, only ran out of curiosity and to check the base score before rooting.
