Hello,
I tried to install the Cyanogenmod for the optimus one and got stuck at the android logo. Fortunately, mik_os has predicted about this (thread) and has provided us a .zip to fix that. However I don't have a microsd adapter to mount my card on the pc and therefore I'm not able to use the fix. Trying to restore via nandroid backup had no success 'cause I get an error which again requires mounting my sd card in order to solve it. Also I tried to use adb to push the .zip but when entering "adb shell" command, I get an error saying that the device was not found, although I can see it in the device manager. I have installed this custom recovery to my phone.
So you guys have any ideas about how to access my sd card? Sorry for my poor english. I hope you have understood my problem and help me.
Thank you in advance!

This is my first post on this forum (figures I'll jump head in when I have a serious issue,ha?)
Ok here goes:
My Issue: HTC Desire is stuck on boot-up screen with Green HTC logo forever.
How it happened: I tried flashing a script using ROM Manager that was supposed to correct some local language settings, over my current rom.
Phone state before action: Worked beautifully using Modaco R8 RC1 ROM. Phone is of course rooted.
Why I can't solve it myself: Well, this is my first serious issue (well, I hope it's not serious, actually!) with phone, which i've had for about a week , so I'm relatively a n00b.
-- I can access Clockworkmod recovery. However, under NANDROID RESTORE there are no files. I have no idea why, because I DID a full nandroid backup before that install. I have a copy of all the IMG files of the last working setup on my windows machine hard drive, and my assumption is that maybe I accidentally moved the files to the hard drive after i did that backup, instead of copying them.
Now -
1) Can I somehow restore the phone to a working state without the nandroid backup, using some other function of the CW Mod recovery?
2) Can I somehow connect the phone via USB to the computer and get it to read the Micro SD card so I could maybe move the IMG files I have back to SD Card (using a mounting option)?
3) Anything else I could try?
If nothing else, please just calm me down if you can and let me know the phone is fixable and not bricked because I can access recovery?! That would at least help me go through the night...
last note: Before I flashed the zip, ROM Manager said my CW Mod version is 2.0.5.7. Within the recovery itself, it says the version is only 2.0.5.1. Don't know why that is , and if it is important.

You could read the SD Card directly with your computer. If you don't already have a microSD/USB reader, they are very cheap and will prove very useful in situations exactly like this one.

You are right! Indeed they are very cheap, but, unfortunately it's going to be a game of patience for me, because it's late evening right now and the shops are closed.
That's why I Was wondering if there's an option to mount SD using HBOOT or Recovery so I could end this ordeal tonight...
Anyway, The fact I could get into CM Recovery means the phone was not permanently damaged, right?
Right, if you can boot into recovery it's a good sign.
I have an N1, not a Desire, but in my CM recovery menu under "partitions menu" there is a "mount USB storage" option. Try that?
Alternately if you own any other phone with a microSD slot that can mount it via USB, it could be your makeshift USB reader.
I have had a similar issue before! What I actually ended up doing was pushing the files using ADB. Its quite easy and I'm sure you can find lots of threads on how to use it. Once the files are pushed to your SD card you can then restore it
FIXED!

Problem solved! And yeah, that's how I ended up doing it.. no micro SD card reader was needed..
I installed HTC Sync for the device drivers... then connected the Desire with the USB cable .. and worked out of the problem using ADB commands..
luckily, the guy whose update I installed that caused the problem has the same ROM as myself, so I installed his framework.jar file , and the machine is fine yet again!
Hello dear people, I'm in a trouble and need your help!
I've installed Oxygen 0.2.2 (before I've upgraded to 32.44.00.32U_5.09.05.30_2 radio, a recommended one).
After reboot my sim is not recognized anymore.
System dosen't read SD card.
But I can still use phone with wifi and this sort of things.
./adb-mac kill-server
./adb-mac start-server
./adb-mac devices dosen't shows me my device number.
I can't get into recovery mode anymore....
Please give me some suggestion?
P.S I've already done hard reset. But no luck.

Same problem no solution yet?
Hello.
If you need to mound SD Card try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=531310 , maybe it can help you.
If you succeed in mounting the SD card the you should run the PB99IMG from hboot, and this will bring you back to stock with no ROOT and no S-OFF.
How to extract the PB99IMG from the lastest RUU WWE 2.29.405.5 here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=880268 (2nd post).
@alinuxos I think that running a RUU might solve your problem by getting you back to stock.
Was there a fix for this?
My N7 is softbricked. I've been unable to flash it back to stock. I've tried several ways and recovery files and none of them work. Is it at all possible to push a zip file to the internal SD card while it's in the bootloader or something along those lines? Using the Nexus Root Toolkit I see that it is possible, however because it's softbricked it won't let me since I can't enable USB debugging and such.
Also, I think one of the problems I might be having is because it doesn't recognize anything as ABD when connecting.
I installed the wrong ROM on my phone and never made a backup. I have the S4 mini intl GT-I9195, It just bootloops now. For some reason I'm having issues pushing a rom to the phone with ADB while in CWM. I cant get it to recognize via "adb devices" command, but I just remembered I can install an external SD card into this phone.
Will CWM or ODIN recognize the external SD card and install a ROM? I can still get into recovery so if I can put a rom on the external I'll try that instead. I just dont have one on me right now and dont want to buy one if I dont have to.
Thank you!
EDIT: It works, just in case anyone was wondering..
My phone is in recovery but I cannot flash any roms because I have none in internal memory and for some reason it refuses to read anything on my sd card. I was able to recover a rom I had backed up before but as it had booted up, it shut down on its own and now it just goes back to recovery. No matter what I do, it just reboots into recovery. I tried connecting my phone to the pc using the USB cable but it will not let me copy anything into the internal memory. It wont even show me my sd card anymore. I have tried mounting it but nothing works. Any idea what it can be? Any help would be highly appreciated. I am on TWRP 2.8.0.0.
Have you tried using adb sideload to push a new rom zip onto internal storage?
http://teamw.in/ADBSideload
Mostly adbsideload will work.
Worked with me before on xperia tx. And i think it work with any device!!
