What he meant is:
Charge The Battery Until it is almost full
Take the battery out and check if it fat(er)
If it is Fat then the only solution is to buy a new one, it is not a mistake you made actually it has happened to many users who had the W for about a year

I don't understand. The problem is that the phone, when fully charged, doesn't vibrate. If I were you I would not bother opening up the phone. If you can't live without the vibration then you can replace it, if it's the faulty part.
Unfortunately it's not possible to determine what is causing your problem from this side

The vibrate is`t a problem i can replace it, i can opening phone (4 times i do it in one day  ) The problem is: i cant determninate is the motherboard work or not. It isn`t vibrate, start light or something to show it is live... Thats why i search for other ways to determining motherboard problem with tools. I want to know this other ways  maybe molticet (multitool) + power supply maybe i dont know

Then you will probably have to replace the whole motherboard, or maybe JTAG yours. It's strange though, phones don't usually die.
Did you pull the battery while the phone was on?

Testing the motherboard is theoretically possible, for example with a JTAG or Riffbox, but I assume you son't have one, otherwise you would be running a mobile repair shop and you would know more than most people here as far as mobile tech goes. There is no way of testing the phone otherwise, the only way of having an usable phone again is replacing the motherboard.

Try reloading the original firmware using Odin. That should work. If you don't know how to do it, search this forum there is all kind of help available.

what if i cant ? any other option to fix it ?
If the device is rooted you can try flashing back to stock. If it is stock and never been rooted you probably have a faulty battery.
I wish I stole my HTC M9.
As the above users have said, revert back to stock and see if it happens. Are you on the right firmware? Make sure everything on a software level is perfect. Then test. If it happens again then I'd suggest a bad unit. Contact the seller
you really should at first update the phone to see if it still persists ... if still Problems try to send to warranty. it should somehow work..even if from another Country, just send in to see what they do write/say

Have you calibrated the battery?
If so, then it is most likely a battery defect.
all the answers above are not useful
first off guys i said i cant send the mobile to warranty no more , next the phone is not rooted guys and running official firmware .
i need a help or a fix here or at least i want to know where the problem is i want to fix it even if i replace parts its okay .

if calibrating doesn't help do a factory reset..if all things are done and nothing helped...yea root the phone, get a custom rom on it, or even if you want full stock, just with htc unnecessary things disabled go with ARHD or MaximusHD rom.. for another good custom rom which is not that stock anymore go with leedroid. but only if none of the things we wrote do help

not only moded roms ! i cant find my m9 + original firmware over the internet ! i was looking to find the marshmallow firmware or android 5.1.*
so i wanted to test
btw my mobile is not locked on any carrier its unlocked for all
hello again every one , after all testes i have made by my self i figure out this
the problem happens only if my battery percentage in only under 50% and i must be using the phone , so im 99% sure that there is something wrong in the battery it self means there is a dead cells in the battery same as the ( bad sectors ) in the hard disks , so when the device is using the battery at reach a dead point in the battery it dies because its like falling of the cliff one time without warring . this week i have make sure my battery dont fall below 50% and the problem never accident . in the other hand at the beginning i thought something wrong with the mother board but its not because if something wrong with the main board the problem should happen at any battery level .
this is what i think so do you guys agree with me ?
PS: i search all over the internet for a battery to buy it and i didnt find any on ebay or amazon or alibaba !
my search was exact ( htc one m9 plus battery ) all i have found is for m9 without plus .
so who can help with that ?
