Simple question and Ive been on the phone with sprint for over 7 mins..
i think t-mobile is the only company that allows that right now. Last time I've seen this question.
Currently no, well not on sprint using android.
Thanks guys.
They shouldnt have to make me wait 7 mins while looking at my account just to answer this question.
Again, thank you guys.
Lmao the guy called me back saying he has the answer.. I told him I already knew it and he asked me what was it....
anyway, he said sprint is trying to work with the android market to have that happen down the line.

Yes they can
Sprint just announced that they're adding this feature, so you got your wish!

Search the forum, there are answers all around.
I'll help you out a little bit.
First of all, either sell your EVO on Craigslist or the marketplace here, or trade it in for 150. After that, either buy the phone off contract at the store, or buy it off the marketplace here.
Good luck. Thank me if I helped.

Sprint told me it doesn't work because I'm on a spending limit account.
I told them it worked yesterday.
They then told me I have 9$ left on my spending limit.
I have 150$ left, zero past due, and I never paid late once.
I knew the correct answer would come from here.

There were multiple answers.
Did you contact sprint to see if you have a block on in-app billing? (Even though I doubt they will know what they are talking about)
Did u follow the steps in the original solution for clearing data for Google framework and market?
What rom are you running?
Too little info given if your issue isn't solved by the two answers in the thread.

So, here's a random funny story...
I'm trying to buy an app for my tablet on the market and I don't see the bill to Sprint option either. I do a few Google searches, come across this thread and do the whole clear data thing suggested. Nothing. Still no bill to Sprint. As I pick up my phone to call customer service I realize my wifi ONLY tab isn't connected to Sprint in any way whatsoever. Feeling pretty dumb I proceed to buy the app on my phone and bill it to Sprint just fine.
So yeah, that happened...

Been on the phone with tmobile for the whole week. They wont help out. They basically sent me another Note 2 for free without me even asking them and now im stuck. I want to get rid of it, but its still blocked. Got TWO Note 2s for FREE in the same week. But neither work because of the block and bad storms knocking out towers in my area. FRUSTRATED!!!!
That just doesnt sound right to me. Tmobile isnt in the business of sending out free note2 with blocked imei number

If T-mobile did not tell me to send the phone back than I would NOT send it back.... It sounds to me like they already know he has the extra phone but don't care, so sell it to someone for parts or whatever they want to do with it..... If you want to keep it then you have no options with T-mobile but you can get it activated on Straight Talk or Simple Mobile cause they don't tend to care or even know if it's disabled by T-mobile... I am NOT promoting fraud but if you are being honest I am giving you an honest answer...
"When you ASSUME you make an ass out of u and me" so let's not assume he is being fraudulent when he just asked a question...

Be careful bro.. you may get a repackaging fee...
Yea to those who feel I'm being dishonest, please read the whole story and don't judge. I never asked for the second phone. Tmobile told me to keep it, quote "its basically a paperweight" they said that not me. Been on the phone with them all week long. I actually think the person he sells the phone to will find out its blacklisted, regardless of what carrier its on. At that point the new owner will do one of two things; call the police, or show back up with friends and ensure they get their money back. You have one working note, and an extra one that should be sent back because thats the honest thing to do. Why do you think otherwise. Go troll some of the lesser sites, I dont believe xda is the proper place for you to try and learn how to reprogram an IMEI in order to circumvent t-mobile block on your phone, as its concidered stolen at this point.

Actually their anti piracy replies were quite on point. How would you feel if you were the developer of the app and everybody just stole it from you instead of paying for your hard work? Bottom line piracy is WRONG.

Some countries don't accept payment, some won't allow you to buy, and for the record....I pay my way, but if I never had any money and need something, I'll blatantly take it. Don't have a problem mentioning that, but apps are 2 a penny, if there is a free alternative get one with ads.
