Hey.
Ive tried finding an answer for tgis on the OD thread but had no luck.
From yesterday, I have been unable to download/update Dolphin browser blue theme and MiniSquadron.
I did a fresh wipe as Adam sugfested, and it worked, I then went back to a nand to backup my apps via titanium, went back to the rom that worked and I had errors again.
Ive since tried on OD .15, .17 & .18 all with no luck. Also tried LeeDroid 2.1, latest AOSPDesire and Pinky 1.8 and still nothing.
Does anyone know what causes this or any fix?
Sent from my HTC Desire
I use the same blue theme but although I didn't get your error, I too couldn't install the same theme. So I uninstalled to an old version of Dolphin HD (before the ads), added the blue theme and then updated Dolphin HD to the latest version. It somehow worked fine(and it's much better than it was back then).
Using OD 4.0.4 and HTC 2.2.

Ahh, forgot to edit, this has been fixed. It was an error on the ext partition, apps were trying to create a file that was already there or something like that.
Just had to repartition the sd card and all is well
and how do you do that exactly because i have the same error with pocket legends
Hi Guys, While trying to start the Market app for the past few days, I get the following error message:
Sorry!
The application Market (process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
This started after I upgarded to Froyo 2.2.
Is there any known issue about this problem?
Thx
i have same problem
after upgrade you need to do the factory reset, it will fix all of your problems with the market gps and other applications, let us know how it goes. good luck
i had that problem on jp2 2.2 havent had it on jpy 2.2.1
in manage apps/clear cache didnt' work.. try that first.. if it doesnt work
(this is for market_ try uninstall updates..
it usually happens if there is a hung update killing the queue.. . for some reason it then works after you uninstall updates. and then the updates reinstall anyway.
Had the same problem with stock internet browser after updating to froyo (JK4, Bell canada). I did factory reset then eveything is fine now. Hope it does not FC itself again.
Got the problem too. Tried downgrading 5 versions, cleaning cache then manually deleting setting, changed kernels. No good. I give up. Market can kiss my ass
Hi,
I'd like to start off by saying that I've flashed my Desire numerous times and it works fine, but I recently flashed my brother in law's and it's been acting up.
I followed one of the noob guides (root, s-off with alpharev) and put bravo_alphaspl-cm7r2.img on the phone.
I then flashed CM 7.1 (and also a bunch of other version). The flashing works fine. I reboot and when I go to rom manager and click on download roms it gives me the error message: The application ROM Manager (process com.koushikdutta.rommanager) has stopped unexpectedly.
Also if I flash google apps from recovery it flashes fine, but it crashes in CM.
What's I've tried:
-reflashing
-davlik
-fixing permissions
-redownloading all the files and reflashing (including md5 check)
I can't remove rom manager and reinstall it since it won't let me remove it.
Any ideas what I can do to fix this? I searched online and there is no concrete answer. Everybody seems to be guessing a solution, but so far no success for me.
Yes this is also the issue with my Desire and the solution is to reinstal Rom manager.
This worked for me.
Cheers
Nobody needs Rom Manager. All operations can be done with other and better software (recovery, GParted). Furthermore, it causes more problems than it solves.
So just uninstall it and never use it again.
but how do you uninstall it? there is no way to remove it from applications.
also google apps crashes when installed.
nevermind...now no error message anymore. No clue why.
Hey guys,
Just installed (by the install tut) the Odexed version and found one problem for me:
When I try to install PowerAmp (music app) it get stuck on installing. Waited about an hour and did a normal restart......after that the phone is stuck on the red loading screen at startup. Had to do a fresh install. Have tried about 10 times now. Other programs installed from Market fine.
Problem is just with the PowerAmp - really love the program have the full version. It worked with WildChild Sense rom.

Try the stock Google Market found in the Add-Ons Section.

Hello everyone!
Have the same problem and just wanted to ask if there is a possibility to recover all my settings?
I have tried to install poweramp twice and after that I did a fresh rom installation. Now it happened 3rd time already and i don't want to go over the whole setup procedure again. So any suggestions?
Thank you so much btw.!
Hello guys,
I have a problem with Snapchat running on Android Revolution HD 7.3 ROM on my DHD, it crashes as soon as I open it with the following message: "The application Snapchat (process com.snapchat.android) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
I tried different versions of it, all of which were freshly installed and the same happened. I saw someone getting the same error in the ROMs development topic, though no answer was given. Any thoughts?
I did wipe the cache and system before installing the rom, so I don't think it will help reinstalling it..
