I'm very happy with the Droid X keyboard port and after the Froyo update it just force closes! Anyone have and updated apk that works w/ Froyo?

FML, I thought the Droid X had Froyo on it and it was modified to work w/ 2.1! ARGH. Any keyboard suggestions?

Im using liquid metal and i can't get the droid x keyboard to work, I saw my friend running fresh and using the keyboard, does it not work on some roms? Do they have to be sense based? I love this keyboard, it works on sprint lovers too. Help?

Right now I'm on the stock deodexed ROM (3.70.65.1). I had been using Myns Warm Z) but there were just a few things I couldn't deal with (GPS not working properly, bluetooth wackiness, etc.). Anyhow, one thing that I LOVED about Warm Z was the camera interface, its so far superior to what the stock one offers. I guess I want to know if there are any mods/roms/apps out there that can give me a more "Myn-like" interface for the camera?

is it possible? i really like the Sense keys at the same time i like the jellytime rom. is it possible to replace the AOSP keys with the sense keyboard in an AOSP rom?

There was an old IME you could use in an old GB ROM (BlackICE)
If I have a copy lying around I'll upload it.

AOSP will not support HTC IME because it is based on sense components. You can try Jonasl modded keyboard or smart keyboard pro.
