Flashed, nothing massively exciting, reverted.

Hi modaco, Nothing new in this rom?
I would make some test with this rom: how can I retrieve the Italian language from the original ROM?
Thanks...
Nothing massively of interest IMHO. Hard to tell which version it's based on (but it still has the flip clock).
P
i cant seem to login to that website, i would like to try this ROM but i cant get it
I don't suggest people to flash that rom..
as I read all the post and reply...(I am chinese.... not reading the translated version)
it's still a pretty buggy rom......
not to flame on the cheif or anything...
it just seems like this still in the bug report stage...
alright thanks

I agree, with bluetooth and GPS disabled, Hero is worse than a modded G1 (which I've sold early this month). But traditional Chinese is tempting though (just wait, albeit impatiently, for SIS to launch HTC Hero in hongkong)

Wow, 142.8 MB. So, I'm guessing this won't fit into the NAND? Also, is Korean the only language?
The is site is better understandable in english

Somebody just tried this Froyo, nothing works. But you can enter the system for experience. Speed up is not so obvious.
That website is crap put it on a usable server so maybe someone can do something with it

@millence they are from mainland china, so it is not correct to use traditional chinese, haha
Come on dude, don't speak foreign language here. It's weird.

Right to the point! English (in any form and shape ) is here to avoid this kinds of mistakes. I did not know that traditional Chinese is not correct. I thought that traditional Chinese is fancy (literary language) Chinese
I'm sorry if I offended anyone!
So in English please!
Hey, Millence. Simplified Chinese is much more fancy
Anyways, is Myn's Warm Donut working well on your Kaiser? Do you have screen problem? The screen color on my kaiser looks weird. It seems like only 256 colors.....And it was so slow to react every order. I installed it on Sd card, is that the problem?
You must change your panel type.
use this and it is always good to have the latest update kernal from here
eclair has camera now i sugest using vaniljeclair
Thanks a lot blind guy. It really helps me a lot!!!
@millence i was just kidding, it's absolutely right to speak only one language in this forum

Sorry I was wondering if that PinYin guy could give me more localized clues.
Here's my question anyway: What's currently the best Android 2.1 ROM for Kaiser, plus Chinese language/font pack and able to connect to CMWAP APN? If there is no language pack for UI it's still OK but can I at least text my contacts in Chinese?
I installed an Android 1.6 ROM last year, camera not working, tried again last month, the screen color is a bit weird.
Best 2.1 Android Build presently would be, ( in my opinion ), kallt_Kaffe's Vanilla Eclair, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=700669
Which has working wifi, gps, BT, and partially working camera, ( no settings, no video, yet). I find it very fast, clean and stable, not sure about chinese language pack though.

Just curious Zenity;
What are the benefits you see of kallt_Kaffe's build over Myn's Warm Donut RLS 5?
Are there any ROMS with chinese language available for the AT&T GS3?
I have the Verizon GS3 and it has Chinese but it doesn't look like AT&T version has it.
It should look like 中文.
Thanks,
Can Anyone Check their ROMS if they have chinese language available?
Here is a screen capture of the languages that look like they could be Chinese to me. The symbols you tried to insert in the original post aren't showing correctly. This is CM10.1.

Yup, that's Chinese. Unsure if the OP wants simplified or traditional, but cm10.1 apparently has both. (Indian learning Chinese :good: )

Hello, i just flashed several roms in my Ace II because of the gesture keyboard not working.
I have made my searches, and found zero answer related to this, it seems no one is using gesture keyboard....
Now, on such small screen, having the gesture hability for writing saves a lot of time for me, and i think that anyone who would give it a try will keep it as primary way of writing.
The only rom in wich is working fine is in Slimrom 8.1 but i have found other complains for this one that are more important than the keyboard at the moment.
Is there any workaround?

I've been using it on the stock 4.1.2 ROM in this same phone and in 4.0.4 on Optimus 2x.
At store, there's no available google keyboard, already made the search.
BTW:
PAC rom has not working gesture keyboard, and is 4.2.2.
TeamCanjica, also is 4.2.2 and it has it not working either.
Rootbox, also is 4.2.2 and is not working.
On the contrary, SlimRom is 4.2.2 and it has it working.
I'm no expert but shouldn't this be in the "general" section? o.0
Google Keyboard (same as AOSP from 4.2.2) has gesture typing, SwiftKey has gesture typing and Swype has gesture typing. If one of those doesn't work you might wanna contact the app support directly. All I know is Google Keyboard and SwiftKey work perfect on stock and Cyanogenmod.
Google Keyboard is available for the Ace II. In fact I think it's compatible with ALL devices so I don't know why you're not finding it. I'd be certain it's likely to be something on your end.

It seems to be working, but only makes the trace and nothing is written.
Swiftkey and swype have their own drawbacks, both are really c..p finding and predicting words in anything than english, and i need it working fine in Spanish, there google keyboard is unbeatable.
Also, those both apps are paid, google is not only free, IT WORKS.

Nothing wrong in MY end, i've made the search inside the phone and directly with my computer browsing/searching play store, and it does not appear AT ALL.
I also checked some days ago with the Optimus 2x because i dislike the keyboard that came with a custom rom, nothing appeared... And also, both phones use different google account. (just in case)
So.. It seems that the keyboard may be been removed or is only available for older versions wich need update.
EDIT: Sorry... Sometimes you need to kill someone... I'll kill google...
Well, Google keyboard will NEVER appear for spanish... "Teclado de Google" does...
Really sorry... sometimes takes me some time stop thinking on english.
Anyway, it says is not compatible with ANY of my devices.... : wallbash:
Well it's definitely still there for me whatever ROM I'm using so i don't know what to tell you

Ahh, so it's regional restrictions. That'll be why it shows for me, cause I'm in England

No problem. Just extract archive, replace file in system/lib. Change permissions (rw-r-r) and reboot.
Member, swype not working in all languages!

Thanks to our friend kushman, who sought out a direct link to the newly updated Miui 6 Express Launcher, we are now able to enjoy its new features and user interface! It's nothing short of amazing - go check it out ?
Use Google Translate to decipher the language, or just use Chrome Beta.
