hi i bought my DHD last 1 month back.
From yesterday night im facing a weird problem. When ever i receive a call it always displays "Unknown" and no Number is displayed.
Can someone please help me to fix it.

No its not block any where. Yesterday it was displaying as normal. All of a sudden im facing it. I even googled it but no luck with it. Have seen some post with same issue but couldn't figure out a solution.
Can someone please help me. I have already missed lots of calls because of this issue.
Has some one found any fix for it. Please help me. I have missed lots of important calls because of this issue. Or i will hv to switch back to Windows mobile back.
While Incoming i dont see any number nor any name despite it being stored in my contact details. Instead I see "Unknown" and the number is not even retained in call history. It only says "Unknown"

I have installed SEA WM6 very well... But, there is no Caller ID at all... Only Caller number appears when receiving or dialing new calls... Tried searching and reading everywhere since yesterday with no luck...

When someone calls, I noticed caller ID says unknown caller. Not sure why, but I'm using sim contacts. I also tried to switch to phone contacts. I do notice the correct ID shows up in call history, just when someone is calling then it is unknown.
has there been a fix?
Well i am facing the same issue as well with Tilt 2 and sometimes it takes 2-3 rings before the contact name shows up

call HTC and AT&T 3x a day untill they do something about it.
Eventually the company will invetigate it and do something about it.
Right now, this issue is just stuck in the HTC and AT&T tech department
Instructing you to do the same thing that does not fix it.

You need to have your network provider switch your caller id to caller id WITHOUT (as opposed to with) name display. Probably.

But all my other phones have always shown caller id
Checkout your "people", if there is some unnamed contact with the phone number.
No all my contacts have a name. However the unknow # seems to pop only for cellphone lines not landlines
it could be your location. some locations only need 7 digits to identify, where as windows phone uses 8. (or vice versa, i can't remember). others have used a registry hack to fix this issue.

1. i have a problem when my contact calling me is now showing up
in call history also just show unknow number
2. for new number calling me also not show any number even in call history
3. when the phone ring callrecorded keep pop up for force stop ...

My note 2 gt n7100 doesnt display the name of the contact number or the unsaved number during the incoming call. Instead it just displays Unknown number calling. I have Vodafone as my service provider

maybe its carrier related problem I think they didnt activated ur caller id service. give them a call.
Did you recently flash your phone? This is a pretty common problem after flashing. Do some searching and you'll find the solution.
If you haven't flashed your phone recently, well, I'd still search and follow the instructions because it sounds exactly like the same problem.
