Just for future reference, no matter how "dumb" you may think your question was when you figured out the answer, it's always best forum practices to do the following:
1. Leave your original question
2. Add "[Solved]" to your original title
3. Editing your original post with the answer to your question but make sure to clearly separate from the question. (Usually by adding a few blank lines to the end of your original post and then starting the answer to your question/problem with "Edit:" and state something like I found the answer here [link] or the answer is xx).
Not trying to be mean or anything, just making a statement as chances are, if you've thought of a question, someone else has thought of it and is probably searching for it aswell.
I mean haven't you searched at any forum and found those threads with the same question only to find the OP (original poster) to post "Solved" and not how he has solved his problem/question.

Hi i tried to do the unroot from originall RUU as posted in another thread on here and it did not work. It gave an error that the hboot needed to be the correct version and canceled the process. Luckely it did not brick the phone...it looked as if it might had been quater of the way through the process when it gave the error. Any suggestion on how to go back to stock root and not get this error? Hboot was updated to get the nand and 1.47 root after last ota update.
Thank you in advance!!
Should have posted it here.

Seriously dude?!?!? There is another thread (with the same title, even) just a few down below this thread... You don't even have to go to another page. Why not just add to the conversation there??? Granted that one is already in the wrong section of the forum, but at least you could have added to that conversation instead of starting a new thread!
SEARCH BEFORE YOU POST!

hahaha...amazing. Also, the sheer laziness of some people on this forum is astounding.
Thread moved to Q&A.
Sorry for creating this Thread.
I wasn't able to create a thread it said im not allowed to post outside links.
I created a test thread and it worked, so i wanted to change the subject and the text because i found out that there was a at-symbol in my message that was the reason why i could not post it.
Now i just noticed that im only allowed to change the message it selft but not the thread subject.

imrameez, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Please Read: New members (those with fewer than 10 posts) are not permitted to post to development-related forums. The developer forums are intended for experienced users and developers to discuss ways to improve technical aspects related to ROMs and Software. While you may be an expert, we ask ALL users to avoid posting questions about using or installing ROMs and software in the Development Forums. To encourage this new Users can read but not post in these forums.
To ask Questions about developing your device, installing ROMs, software and themes you must go to the Q&A or General Forum.
Remember, your question has very likely been asked already, so please search before posting.
2. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
3. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
You must get to certain number of posts to have all XDA features unlocked
If problem persists please contact the forum Admin
The message explains it.
That thread should not be in development.
Users with less than 10 posts cannot make posts in development.
Rofl, hes on 12 posts now all those repeated comments he made instead of just editing the first one has actaly helped fix the problem.
me too.but i think its gonna to post here first to get enough posts.

I literally just answered this question yesterday. Just scroll down several posts previous to yours.
I see you're new to the forum, so please search and read before making new threads; and post in existing applicable threads whenever possible. (if you need further info). Avoid making new threads asking the same questions that have already been answered very recently.

Not your post (in another forum section). I said to scroll down in this forum section, for a thread that was just posted on July 12:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-m8/help/htc-one-m8-apps-t3416625
My point was to look at the forum (and also search) before posting; as you literally posted the same question, another user posted the day before (and was already answered).
Delete thread please. Didn’t realize there was another about same question
