If you just want the look of Sense UI you can always use ADW or Launcherpro and get a Theme from the market
Look in themes and apps. I have a sense-like theme called Epi-Sense.

I just started using cm7 ILWT and love it. However, does. Anyone. Know where to get shins or themes for cm7? I have found one, itfs a honeybread or something but its just too dark. Thanks in advance guys!

Search the forums for "theme chooser" (CM7s built in theme manager), "cm7 themes", etc. Also search the market for the same terms. Also, I believe there is a theme sticky in the dev forums.

Just installed cm9 beta 3 and was wondering where do I find more themes there is only the 1 stock theme ..and if I download a theme from the epic theme section would I have to flash it through recovery or will it be in the theme section on cm9 ...???

The play store.. download an theme for cm9 install it go into system settings and theme then apply that theme.

Im looking for themes that i can use in the theme chooser. Where can I find themes for cm9/aokp? Can I use themes for other phones on cm9/aokp? I looked in our theme section but I don't see any. Thanks

Do a search in the Google Play store for CM9 themes
I am using both the blue and purple themes from THIS DEVELOPER with no issues
I have multiple that seem to be turning a few heads. links in my signature. Also if you go to the galaxy nexus themes and apps section stickies, it has just about every theme in existence. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1645269
