Standard Dock Backordered. Just an FYI for anyone wanting to purchase one now.

Well that stinks....I was about to order 2 of them. DO you happen to know when they will be in?

The rep on the phone i talked to couldnt give me a date. What she said was that if it isnt available after 60 days, they'll refund my money. i can go online and check the status but havent yet.

I just ordered 2 from Amazon (in stock). They have it cheaper then AT&T.

I've got a friend who is in Portland until Saturday, he has already picked me up a 10.1 but he can't find the official case or usb adapters in store.
The option he's given me is to get it delivered to his hotel.
I understand there were problems earlier on with backlogging and and nil stock, just wanting peoples experiences, have they been cleared up now?
It's a bit of a risk for me as if they get posted to his hotel as if they don't arrive before Saturday they'll be there forever...

I ordered the USB adapter on Thursday last week with 3 day UPS shipping and it will arrive today. Plus, if it doesn't arrive in time I'm sure the hotel would forward it on to you

[Q] Ship times?

I ordered a black S4 early this morning, and paid a little extra for 1-day/Saturday delivery. It's been about 6 hours, and the status still shows "Being Processed" with an estimated delivery date of 5/16 (next Thursday, the day after I could just walk in a store and buy one). Nowhere else on the Tmo site was there any indication the phone is currently out of stock.
My old handset is not consistently charging anymore, so I really need this phone ASAP.
Will it really show up tomorrow? How worried/angry should I be?

I ordered mine on the 29th and it had a ship date of the 7th. It showed being processed all night and when I got up the next morning it was on the ups truck for delivery. I have seen T-Mobile on twitter saying they are trying to get more from Samsung asap. If it doesn't arrive next day definitely call and get the shipping refunded.

I ordered mine on Wed, May 8th around 2pm CST and picked 1 Day shipping and got my S4 on Thursday at around 3pm. This is in MN.

Phone was delivered at 9am.
I talked to a T-mobile rep last night and apparently, incorrect dates on the Order Status page are a known issue.

Sprint Note 4 shipped?

I have seen where some t mobile customers phones have shipped. I thought I would make a thread so we could keep up with actual shipping times for Sprint.
I pre-ordered from best buys website last week and paid for expedited shipping. I'll post as soon as it ships.

I tried to order in the store on Monday and they told me they were out of pre-orders. I talked to the manager and they are going to give me the $200 gift card when I receive my phone even though I had to have it shipped to my house. I picked up a net 10 smartphone for $20 that day to use as my trade in.

Good that you have a cooperative manager there! They should since I heard ship to store wasn't an available option when pre-ordering online.

I did the pre-order in store, and I'll post when I get the email or call..

Any ideas for a phone to trade in that costs more than 10 dollars?

I pre-ordered online. I noticed the pre-authorization that Sprint put on my debit card got credited back, so once they put in the actual charge for the device and ship it, I'll make sure to post here.

That's interesting because my charge wasn't a preauthorization. It was a real charge that posted to my american express a day after I made the purchase. I just checked it again and it is still there.

Interesting. I had to pay a down payment with mine (that's what sucks when you have no credit and pay cash for everything in your life). So I paid $250 + estimated sales tax of $53.38, so a total of $303.38. They pre-authed that amount to my debit card. A day later, Sprint changed the order total, as the system charged me too much sales tax. The actual tax owed is $48.60, so the actual total was $298.60, so they credited me the $303.38 and will instead charge the proper $298.60 once the device ships.

I as well paid the 299 (349 without the credit coming) plus tax upfront the day I pre ordered it. My order went in 4 minutes after the pre orders started and within about 2 minutes it showed up through my bank and cleared just a day later. I expected sprint to charge me for the upgrade fee but they did not yet. Maybe they are waiting for me to actually do the swap.
The T-mobile thread definitely has me wondering if Sprint is sitting on a bunch of Note 4's and just waiting to get them shipped just in time for the 17th. If Sprint ships UPS it will show up in MyUPS and I will get an email. Hoping to see some activity on Monday.

I pre-ordered through best buy and they charged my card the full amount ($903 which includes expedited shipping) but then it wasn't showing on there a couple of days later. I called to make sure my order wasn't cancelled and the best buy rep told me the card would be charged when the phone ships.
I'm supposed to be getting a price match of $720 then a $200 best buy gift card for trading a working smartphone. I hope this works out like the store manager says.

I was in my local Sprint Store today for repair of my wife's G3 and I mentioned that T-mobile users were already getting their Note 4. The first guy said "Impossible, Samsung will not allow it" but the guy in the back room working on someones phone said "Yeh my brother got his a few hours ago" he continued with the possibility that Sprint will start shipping on Monday or Tue for pre-orders in order to guarantee that it will be delivered by the end of the day on release date. So some may get it as early as Wed or as late as Friday. Nothing is for certain as Sprint may wait till Thursday and ship it next day air saver (assuming they use UPS) in which case it could be as late at 8 P.M Friday.
In my opinion I cant see Sprint waiting to the last second. Yes pre-ordering has its advantage of making sure you get your phone in que but I cant see them making it available in stores on Friday morning while the rest of us who pre ordered are just waiting on delivery. I am willing to bet the Wed or Thur delivery is a bit more reasonable. My neighbor did not pre-order but is planning on just walking into sprint when they open on Friday to buy one. Would be a crappy feeling to see him with his Note 4 before me when I ordered it 3 weeks ago.

I pre-ordered through Best Buy and called their "mobile hotline" today to check on arrival date and they said it's currently in transit with delivery on the 16th. I'm hoping Best Buy doesn't hold it for a day to be released, but there's potential for people who purchased through BB that'll their device will be a day early.
The sales rep told me (if he knew what he was talking about) when I pre-ordered on sept 26th, first day of allowed pre-order that I would probably be on the second shipment due to the number of orders already placed that day so possibly there is a Oct 15th arrival for the initial group.

When I spoke to Sprint today I got quite the run around. When I check my order, which was placed on the third, It's still sitting in the same state it was at when I originally received the order number. Called this afternoon to ask and was told that Sprint has yet to receive any phones, which I'm sure isn't true, and that all the blame is on Samsung. I asked how T-Mobile customers received their phones and was pretty much ushered off the phone. I was told that the release date was "around" October 17th and was then hung up on.
I don't even care, I assume they'll do right by us, I just hate receiving the BS canned responses.

There is a discussion going on over at the official Sprint forums. Someone who claims to work at UPS says that on Monday he saw the the labels which indicate a Tue Wed ship out. Now I don't work for UPS but I thought that the company who is shipping would do the printing, taping, and sending to UPS. I cant see sprint showing up with 10,000 phones and all the UPS employees having to tape the labels on the boxes before ship. I can see the info being sent electronically though and maybe this person has access to it.
I keep reading that AT&T is shipping Monday night into Tuesday. No word from Verizon or Sprint.

If that person works for UPS Supply Chain he may be telling the truth. They warehouse and ship for hundreds of companies.

Question T-mobile Fold 3 Pre-order Backorder

Has anyone who pre ordered through T-Mobile with the backorder gotten their phone shipped or received shipping info yet?
I pre ordered kind of late on August 24th, and got notified that it would be backordered with a delivery date of 9/16-10/7, but I'm worried that the shipping estimate may actually end up being in October.

I am on T-Mobile as well, but I ordered through Samsung direct and mine was supposed to be here on 09/14, but it slipped to 09/21 and it looks like it is going to slip again as it has not shipped yet.
I wonder if buying the Unlocked one would have been faster?

Yeah I thought about going the unlocked route as well, but after seeing the issues with activation some people were having I backed off of it. Hopefully we'll get ours before October.

I didn't pre-order due to another issue. I did order on the 2nd and received mine on the 3rd. I got phantom black 256 GB. I know the other colors where on backorder.

I just got off the phone with Samsung, it looks like it will be here on or around the 21st (not telling with FedEx (I HATE FEDEX))...

Im having same issue with samsungs galaxy watch 4. I ordered it weeks ago and the app says will ship week of Sept 13th and then on the website says will arrive by Oct 10th.

The answer is yes. I ordered unlocked through Samsung on 4SEP (USA, 256GB, Black), and mine will be delivered tomorrow.

I ordered two ZF3s about two weeks ago. My T-Mobile order status still says its being processed with a ship date of 9/9-9/13. I wonder when it will ACTUALLY ship.

Smh. I spoke with one of the Tmobile reps on Twitter, and they told me the same thing that shows on my account - estimated delivery date of 9/17 to 10/7. T-Mobile has been dropping the ball on pre orders for the last few years.

Disagree. Last few years? T-Mobile almost always has my annual preorders delivered to me before Samsung's official release dates. This year I got the Watch4 Classic nearly a week before release and the ZF3 on the day of release.

Yikes, glad I never ordered through T-Mobile. The trade in deals were tough to pass up, but I'm not on a Magenta plan so I didn't get the full benefits. Hopefully you guys get yours soon.

I ordered mine from T-Mobile yesterday (19 September) and they told me that it would ship between 27 October and 11 November. I HAVE TO WAIT OVER A MONTH FOR IT TO SHIP!!!!

Ugh. I might just cancel and buy one elsewhere. The only reason I was getting it through T-Mobile was their $1k trade in but the way it works being stretched over 3 years really sucks.

I'm not cancelling my order until I have one in hand. I am also looking around for anyone willing to take my Note 20 Ultra (512GB with 512GB Card) in partial trade for a 512GB ZF3.
