Blue Angel speaker problem

I have had my SPV M2000 for about 6 months, and it has been unusable for about the last 3 months due to the fact that the speaker will not work properly. The speaker volume has almost disappeared and sounds like the speaker has blown i.e. rather tinny. At first it just sounded like the speaker was a bit tinny then after about a week or so i couldn't hear the phone ringing let alone hear the person calling me!
I was just wondering if i'm the only one with this problem and if there is anyway to fix it?, or do i need a new speaker if so does anybody know where i could get hold of one from?
I have had a good browse through the forums and can't find anybody with the same problem.
Any help would be great as i really miss my device i really do think it was the best phone i'd ever had!
bummer.......sounds like a blown speaker.... i had the same problem with my first sx66.....you will need to replace the speaker.....
i had contacted cingular about it.....they had set me up to send it off for repairs.... but i was able to exchange it.... so that was cool...
you should check to see if you can exchange it..... if you can not you should contact the manufactuer....they should be able to tell you where to send it for repairs....
hope that helps......

Phone Recognizes Earphones As Headset

Hey all,
Since I have the DHD i have the problem that he recognizes my in-ear from skullcandy (no mic. or control) as a headset which should have mic and volumecontrols. It sounds like it doesn't matter but when I listen to music or even when I do nothing and my in-ear are plugged in, the phone begins to call people or stops the music by itself. It changes the icon from headphone to headset. Hope you guys know these 2 different icons. I guess the in-ear sends commands to the phone or something? I know pretty much everything about the DHD, but this... I also tried every ROM available for DHD.
Searched the forum for this problem but I couldn't find the answer.
A friend of mine who has got the Sensation (stock ROM) got the same problem..
I hope you understand what the problem is. Buying other in-ears just doesn't work, I've tried.
Buying in-ears with control is just too expensive
Sent from my HTC Desire HD using XDA App
Sh*t sorry found it!! Thanks newayz

HTC One V Low In Call Sound Problem

Hi All,
The in call volume even when set at the max level is very low and it becomes very hard for me many times to understand what the other person is speaking on the other side. Please help me with this problem as I am not sure if there some issue with my handset or this problem is faced by many others using this cell phone. All other features are just awesome but this problem is really annoying me.
Looking forward for a quick help on this.
Thanks in advance.

Sometimes I have the same problem. Some calls have normal volume level (however max could be louder) and some calls (not too many) are so quiet that I can't hear the other person.
I tried to disconnect the person I had problem hearing. Then called back and the problem reappeared (however volume level was enough to communicate). It was fixed line, not mobile. So it may be something with carrier but it has never happened before with other phones.
Even happened with me!
It's not a problem. I'm sure it's not.
Yes I do agree that on my Xperia Mini and LG Optimus Me (P350) , I could hear louder voice, but the One V is just made like that.
And when I tried to talk to a friend who's voice was always a little unclear and a bit low on One V, the voice wasn't that better on Xperia Mini. :cyclops:
Conclusion - The ratio is same.
Voice quality of One V : Xperia Mini
1 : 2.
Something is blocking its microphone. Remove the micro sim card cover, make sure nothing is blocking its microphone/speaker such as sticker (not the guarantee seal)

I have the same problem. I guess the front speaker is just really small. Can anyone confirm this? Or is this a problem with my phone?

Is there any way by which the default volume can be increased in HTC one V? I am really facing lot of trouble while talking to people. Other HTC devices like HTC Desire V, explorer has better sound quality. Can the hardware be replaced?

HTC One M8 Weird issues recarding Microphone, calling people etc.

So ill try to keep this short.
Not so long ago i found out that when i call or someone calls me People cannot hear me. I came to the conclusion that my microphone just simply died out. When i try to record myself with the voice recorder all i hear is random annoying noise. But if i like slap the phone or scream loud enough i will eventually hear myself. To bypass this issue i had to use earphones which isnt a problem at all i prefer that honestly.
3 Days ago i was trying to call my Dad and he couldnt hear me at all. It was strange because i had my earphones on me. I didnt care of it that day so fast forward today i remembered that it didnt work by talking so i tested it with my brothers phone. Heres the weird part. When i dont have any earphones on and just try to talk straight up I can now hear MYSELF talking. Like whatever i say will just get back through my phone.
Then i got the idea to try out speakers instead. And this is where it got even more weird, almost scary. Here's the video of my brother recording my phone doing some strange noises after talking(TURN DOWN THE VOLUME A BIT): https://streamable.com/iwni0
At this point i have no clue as to why this is happening, where it even came from, anything at all. Im out of ideas. Nobody else as far as my research goes seems to have this issue. I'd appreciate any type of help.
Previously i was on ARHD 45.0 and earlier today i figured i'd try 53.1 again but no luck.
