Ok i've searched the forums and can't find the answer to my noob question: If i install/move apps to the SD card, why are they not readily available when i flash a new ROM? Am I missing something obvious here, because it doesn't make sense to me that I would have to reinstall apps that are on the SD card...isn't that the whole point?
Locating them on SD on ROM 1 doesn't make them available on ROM 2. Why? It is installed and usable in 1, but its unknown to #2 because its not installed. Further, flashing a ROM by definition removes apps not preloaded in the ROM.

I flashed the lastest cm7 rom
And use the dt app2sd
At the beginning, i was able to restore all apps by titanium
However, when i try to download and install apps from market,
My phone rebooted itself, but it was not a complete reboot,
It rebooted from the opening of my theme i have installed.
Then i tried to install apps from sd card through file manager,
But failed again, when i pressed "install" , it rebooted in the way as said above.
Then i rebooted my phone by myself, it rebooted in a normal way.
but i found that all the apps in sd card were gone.
What's happening?
My sd card is "JT 8 gb' (i bought it in hongkong) ,
It didn't tell me which class is it,
When i use card reader to put things into the card,
it is about 3~4mb/s
Is the above apps installation problem related to my sd card?
I think that you will obliged to do a full wipe and then install Cm7 a second time. If you have still this problem, change your memory card if you have another

i have already do a full wipe before flashing the rom.
And i have been flashing the rom many time and the problem still exist.
Is thiis really the sd card problem or apps problem
You can download a second time the google apps from Cyanogen website. There is maybe a problem with your market.. (I know that Market don't work in the past with some custom roms but I don't remember witch one.. )

but the problem is after i have failed to install apps from market,
i tried to install apps from my sd card but still fail.
You can perhaps use another rom like Leedroid 2.4.1 and try if market and install apps work

I'm running out of internal space and I can't figure out why. In currently running Cm7.1. Is therea way to delete the bloatware that is included in the google package?

Wrong place to ask this question. Try q&a. Maybe partition your sd.

Yes, you will get flamed for being in wrong forum so be prepared.
Anyways, the Google package should allow for selective installing IF you are in fact referring to gapps? Also are you running a2sd? If not try that, there shouldn't be any reason you are out if space unless you have a TON of apps. Post a screen cap of your space.
Try A2SD: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1158993
I set the partition to 512mb Ext3 and it's working fine. I never have memory problems now.
A clean install of CM7 should have tons of space left..... I have ran that build and installed around 20-30 apps and still didn't tap out. Stick to CM's site for Q&A and youtube for demonstrations before posting in a dev forum.....
I want to switch back to CM7 from Oxygen. Is it a good idea to move all my apps back to the phone before switching, so they're not all floating around on the SD card after I switch? I'm not going to wipe the SD card.

Installed apps? If you change ROM to a totally different one, full wipe is required, which means all your apps will disappear. If you dont want to install all your apk-s copy them into the .zip. I keep all the apps in a folder on the SD-card to install after ROM- change.
Use Titaium Backup you can find it in the market(free app) but with the Pro version restoring your apps is MUCH easier
I'm not talking about restoring apps after installing a new rom (although I appreciate the help on that too). I just don't want the apps that I've transferred to the SD card to be left there.

It won't be a bad idea what you wanna do.

I have read somewhere that you can delete all folders from the SD except the ones you have copied (photos, music, etc.)
Don't mean to sound stupid but ill feel better if I at least ask. I for the first time bought a micro sd card for my phone. Before I start to move files to it id like clarification on a couple of things. If I move my apps to the sd card, what happens when I flash a new rom? Do I have to install all of them again? Are they automatically recognized and installed automatically? Is. There anything I shouldn't move to the sd card? Also can I move TWRP to the sd card? If I can and boot into recovery the phone will know where the program is located? Dont mean to babble but whenever I try something for the first time like this I just like to get as much info before I proceed. Thanks for any help I can get on this.

You can back them up. You have to have the Pro version of titanium backup but you can upload your apps to cloud storage and re download them. I'm not 100% on that because I never restored apps. I could be wrong but you can for sure backup apps before flashing

Some ROMs say in the instructions move the ROM to the root of the SD card before flashing. Right now I am going back to try CM 10.2 stable official from CyanogenMod site and it also says place ROM on root of SD card along with gapps or another kernel etc.
I cannot be sure if I may have overlooked this before or not but I have my ROMs in sub folders on the SD card. Is there a danger or particular reason we should move to SD card root before flashing?
Thanks.
Went ahead and flashed from a different folder in TWRP and saw no consequences, guess it just advisory to put on root of SD card to make it easier to find.
Interesting to know if there is another reason to this, otherwise I saw no issue.
It won't cause any problems, it's just easier to find that way. Older versions of cwm recovery couldn't find zips in subfolders.

yep, the "copy to root of your sdcard" is a throwback to earlier recoveries that were hard coded to look there.
