Hello everyone,
I'm having problems with my HTC Desire and would appreciate if anyone could help. The HBOOT version is 92. None of the RUU is working. How do I downgrade it to 80 if I have no access to the Android boot screen? When I turn on my phone it only shows ta black screen with a HTC logo in the middle and and exclamation point in a triangle in all corners.
Please help me revive my HTC Desire.
I'm still positive though someone will be able to help. Thank you in advance.

my htc has stopped working completely and ive looked over google and most of them tell how to hard reset but i cant do this as when i get onto the screen the volume buttons which control the menu don't work and i cant do anything. Is there any way round this at all and can anyone help me

You need to define broken.
Without knowing how your wildfire got into this state we cannot help fully.
If you cannot elaborate I recommend flashing an ruu. Please search the forum for a guide.

You got bricked when you flashed Trip's ROM.
There's nothing you can do about it, just send the phone to a repair center.

one mini os erased... tried everything,flashing ruu,zip file.. getting error.... is this fixable or hopeless? someone help pls..
when i try a normal boot,its just on the htc logo with white background and pc cant read the device... htc mtp driver failed..
May be fixable, but this is the original htc one thread not for the mini. I dont know if there is a mini thread, but i dont think anyone here would be much help. If you can get to hboot, it can most likley be fixed with an ruu. What error were you getting when trying the ruu? And are you sure its the right ruu? The ruus found in this thread will not work for the mini.

Hi I'm guessing that this is a brick of some sort. I rooted my HTC Desire 816 and it was working as normal until i downloaded a Beats Audio Installer APK from techbeasts.com/2013/11/14/beats-audio-installer-apk-install-beats-audio-drive-on-your-android-smartphone
The reviews were good so I thought that it was a good and reliable form. Ive tried to flash the stock rom and still no luck. Could you please help?
