[Q] Having trouble with debugging in Eclipse - Desire HD Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hey fellas,
Im using Desire HD revolution(ROM) and i have tried nearly all the drivers for adb and still can not use it with eclipse for developing. Besides this i don't find any problem while using CM7. But i like this rom ... Does anyone have any idea or passed through this same problem ??

You would need root permissions to do something like that AFAIK. Why can't you root your device?

OK to answer your question, no you cant not run Android from your SD card like you can on the HD2. Read the whole thread on the ace hack kit and it will root, and unlock your device so you can flash custom roms.
You can multi-boot with Boot Manager Pro in the Google Play Store. Works much the same way as what you're asking for.

If it doesn't work on a Windows PC, use a Ubuntu (Linux) bootable cd instead (worked for me).

It seems that ace hack kit link is down, can somebody share working one? Thnx

Right now, AIO 6.1.1 is the best Sense solution for the Desire. Rock solid and fast.

pacman 19.3 dhd no wifi help plz

Hi everyone
This is my first post but been on here and flashing roms a while now on and off cause the other half hijacks my phone but....
Ive tried to flash pacman 19.3 all in one dhd rom which was flashed ok along with the ParanoidPreferences and gapps-jb-20121130-signed but when im in settings after reboot the wifi toggle is darker and wont turn on. Ive tried to re-flash many times diffrent ways ( just rom, rom and paranoidpref.. etc ) but all end up the same. Ive read about the kangbang 2.4 kernal but when flashed it gets stuck in bootloop. everything else seems to work as it should and the rom is very fast and i would like to use it . On flashing ive done propper full wipes in 4ext ive just ran out of ideas and it worries me when get stuck in boot loop
These are the files i have:
PACman-v19.3-BLINDNDUMB
ParanoidPreferences
gapps-jb-20121130-signed
KangBang-Kernel-v2.4
any help is much appreciated
Hey
Ive flashed pacman 19.1 and all seems ok wifi working. I download'd it from the blindndumb website and that version is only 19.1 no 19.3? as in the xda dhd dev forum which is 19.3? Is the 19.3 for the dhd or just the desire s?
Ive been using my phone for downloads as my pc has been out of action for a month but i got my pc working again so maybe might have downloaded wrong on phone so idk

Did you look in the development forums for Mustaavalkosta's Ubuntu thread? It's very alpha on the DHD (and it's a dev build anyway so it doesn't have much by way of features to begin with), but it's flashable like any other ROM.
