[Q] Always safe mode hove to solve??

As above, i've a big problem with my desire. Maybe for the rain, my hardware key vol- , trackball, and sometimes menu, are gone so everytime my desire boot in safe mode and in that way i can't see and install any app .
Please help me to solve this annoybg problem (without rma). Maybe SOFF could help?? Is there a way to skip safe mode at start???

need help about "ARC boot recovery"

hi
I hav flashed my ARC to 4.0.A.2.368 and use DooMKernel [Rel: v07][Dt: 13/Aug/2011][FW:4.0.A.2.368]. And i want to try APP2SD but dont know how to boot my ARC in to recovery mode. I search everywhere but cant do that.
Can anyone tell me how to "Boot ARC in to Recovery mode" Step by Step..Thanks for help
ps. im noobies and sorry for ask stupid question.

i'm not even able to access the ClockworkMod Recovery

Hello everyone,

Today, I finally decide to try to flash with a custom rom but i'm not even able to access the ClockworkMod Recovery... I keep holding home, power and volume up without any success.. is it normal ? I know I'm rooted, because I can use titanium backup
How can I fix this problem ? The tutorial was reliable ?

Just cause your rooted doesnt mean you have cwm. But stock recovery should at least come up. Hold volume up and home button, THEN hold power til it vibrates. Let go off power but continue to hold volume up and home.

Once you have root, fire up the Play Store, search for "clockworkmod" and download "ROM Manager".
Assuming your root method also installed "superuser" or "SuperSU", Open ROM Manager and tap the first option under the first section, "Recovery" > "Flash ClockworkMod Recovery".
Once that finishes, tap "Reboot into Recovery" and enjoy.

the correct order to enter recovery is volume up and menu key at the same time and while you hold them press the power

[Q] HOX wont boot into Bootloader mode only to Factory Mode

hi guys,i am new here and also a big noob. I have this problem about bootloader on my htc one x, tried google and searched on this forum but to avail.Here is the problem, the phone is already rooted when i bought it. I tried to boot it to bootloader but it always get to factory mode. Its recovery is stock, and i could not get the cid. Please, I really need some help how to get to bootloader mode. Thanks in advance.
Also tried "adb reboot bootloader", didn't work also.
It has no "Power" menu in Settings. Phone is from china.

Power the phone off and boot to boot loader by holding power and volume down button.
Is there any info screen in the settings? Post a photo of it?

if you press power button + volume down and bootloader does'nt show up.. you maybe got a clone HOX

I went to AOSPA CM 11, and when I try to go back on my sense 5 rom, it says error, not recognized device..

S.O.S Get into Recovery mode!!

I have modiffied the build.prop file and now I can´t turn on the phone. Ineed to get into the recovery mode for flashing a new build.prop for fixing the problem. But I dont know how to get into. Any body knows the keys combination???
I´m a little dissesperated :crying: thanks

Well... You can't. You have 2 choises:
1. Download Mode (Power BT+Volume UP)
2. Factory Reset (Power BT+Volume Down)
PS. Wrong place, should be placed in the HELP forum, not Android Dev (for next time) ...

Ok, sorry

If you have a backup can you push the saved build.prop using adb?

When it's powered off hold power and volume down until the lg logo shows, as soon as it shows let go and press and hold the same buttons again. Hold them until it asks if you want to factory reset. Select yes both times. If you have twrp it will boot into it, if not it will factory reset your phone. As long as you have a custom recovery you'll be fine.
