Moving Operator

As previously mentioned under and unlocking topic, I am very soon to be rid of Vodafone.
I have a shiny new V1620 as they call it and I'm O2 bound.
Is it at all possible to simply update my device with the latest O2 compatible ROMs etcetera or would this just plain not work?
Also, does anyone else have the exact model I do as listed below, as I haven't read any topics about this specific model ID.

Vodafone is releasing a branded version of the HTC Blue Angel. The Vodafone v1620 Pocket PC Phone Edition runs a fast Intel Xscale CPU at 520MHz, with 128MB RAM. It has a QVGA (320x240) TFT touchscreen and a sliding keyboard. It also includes a built-in camera.
The v1620 suppports GSM/GPRS (quadband), Wireless LAN and Bluetooth. It also comes with SD/MMC slot, infrared port and USB for cradle connection.

Advice needed - update o2 xda exec to wm6

Hi'
I would like some advice to make sure I download the correct wm6 ROM update for my o2 xda exec.
Here is my xda info from the "Start/Settings/System/Device Information"

I am with O2. and as result O2 Exec.
Have tryed every firmware on this site (full collection i have tryed below)
And it works fine. You can always go back to original firmware (download from my library below)

The best way to find out is flashing various ROM´s to find the best that suit your needs.

By just visiting the Magician forums would it reveal to you that there is no WM5 much more WM6 available to it, there is a custom rom though made by taxist here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=297080&page=3, its on post 26.

Whic ROM upgrade to see 4GB SD card

All I want to do is get my XDA exec to recognise 4GB non-SDHC SD cards.
I am running Mobile 5 and happy with it so I don't want to jeopardise that (especially the BT connectivity since I use a BT keyboard).
When I boot up I get the following info
R 1.04.02
G 42.37.P8
D 1.13 .82 wwe
The OS is Windows Mobile 5 5.1.1700 (Build 14354.0.1.1)
CPU is Intel PXA270
Ram 64MB
Flash Chip G3
model Number is PU10
The original network was O2 but the phone is unlocked
..........in case that helps

Well you have 2 options here:
Try this WM5 stable ROM: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=409966
Or move to a WM6 ROM, as any of them will recognize your SD
I recommend Tomal ROM´s
PD. READ the Wiki it would help you a lot!
