If you have an application that toggles the WiFi, I can show you how to add it to one of two buttons on the home screen
I do, but not for WiFi, for activate or deactivate the Bluetooth (screenshot and cab here)
Alternatively, to quickly switch the WiFi, I use v4.5 EndKey English HD-mini works really well!

yes........

You can use 16Shcut_bg4all_alarm_date_noCalls_apps from here and you will get 4 shortcuts at Homescreen (look at the picture there):
[28.01.2011] MOD! 16 Shcut 2 clock
Then search for HD2_connection_V4.cab
It will bring you a WiFi on/off button which you can put at one of the shortcuts.

I've searched and I cannot seem to find an answer. I'm looking for a way to quickly and easily toggle between 3G and Edge. To be specific I am looking for an Icon or link I can click that will turn 3g either off or on. Is there any way to do this on the Tilt 2?
Thanks!

There are some cab files floating around that will add a button on to your comm manager. Here is one. It will put an IR button in the 7th position and 3G in the 8th position. If that is not where you want it then don't use this cab. Look around, there are others.
Hope this helps.

I couldn't find a toggle utility so I just made a link to \windows\cmbandswitching.exe instead, not a true toggle but it saves me a trip to go through comm manager.
Thanks, I appreciate both of your responses!

Hi guys,
Being using widget locker for some time now.
When I went into setting>advance >disable screen lock..
Now the phone wakes up with any key making the slide to unlock useless.
All I want to do is to to disable easy lock..but there isn't any option in widget locker nor in phone settings..
Where do I disable easy wake?

Sorry, I'm not exactly sure what you mean.
But, if you go to Settings -> Buttons & Inputs -> Easy Wake Mode, you have the option of enabling/disabling.

Ah, gotcha, I get what you mean now.
Unfortunately, I can't figure it out either. One of the menus in Widgetlocker says it has no control over what buttons wake the device because that is controlled by the Android OS, so it doesn't look like that can be changed.
However, I do recall that in VillainTweaks for VillainRom there is an option for disabling the home button for the lockscreen. I don't know if you're on VillainRom or if that option will work for Widgetlocker or just the stock lockscreen, but that might be helpful.

Switchpro widget, there's a toggle option for it. You'll just click on it to toggle on/off. If its on, screen will not turn off.

Does anyone know how I can put a shortcut to turn on/off Link To Windows on my homescreen? It's a PIA to have to go through the whole settings menu.
Thanks!
