Andromedia rom users DONT UPDATE Pandora!!!! to 1.5

For u andromedia rom users dont update to pandora 1.5. It force closes when u launch it. b4 it force closes when the gay audio ads come on. now it doesnt work wait til a newer version. Or dont. Just an FYI.
Let me know ur results on different roms and kernals.

Just found this out the hard way.... anyone have the apk for 1.4.1?

Curious.
I'm running Andromeda and it doesn't work.

Saw this and checked it out as I had just updated. Works fine for me...rooted running Mixup kernel.

Everything working fine here as well. Stock epic 4g

Any of u guys that have it working have custom kernals? Custom roms? Adfree?
Just want to see what is making it not work. Cause 1.4.1 is working perfectly for me and the 1.5 force closes. :?

It seems to work in airplane mode with wifi turned on, but that isn't much use to me.

Ya thats kinda dumb. Does anyone have the 1.4.1 apk? I have 1.4.1 cause i have it backed up with my other stuff in clockwork just dont know where to find the apk?

Nicely done. Anyone want to try 1.2 or 1.3 and see if there are audio ads? 1.0 Doesnt work at all.

HMM most be a custom rom thing? Oh well 1.4.1 works perfectly and lately havent got any audio ad force closes.

Running baked snack rom with the custom kernel it has and everything is fine. I also have run the andromeda rom with mix up kernel and had no problems using 1.5

HMM Weird. It hates me then but owe well like i said 1.4.1 works perfectly now no force close when audio ads come on and not audio ads period.

please change the thread title... its misleading.

Running Tha Boss Rom v.02 and Pandora 1.5 is a no go for me. FC as soon as you open the app... If it matters, I'm running the No TouchWiz No Vodoo Color version of the rom.

When froyo came out Pandora suck. Pandora sounds fine with the modified build.prop file (media.stagefright.enable-player=false), audio was awsome, but hated when music stop playing with phone calls or navigation prompts.
After Pandora update to 1.5, with the modified build.prop file, Pandora would take for ever to load songs, it would only play half a song then skip to the next song by its self.
So I decided to change the stagefright back to true setting and reboot phone.
Now Pandora 1.5 is running fine on my evo, currently running Myn's Warm TwoPointTwo rom, with Kings #9 BFS Kernel.
Now I love Pandora 1.5, sound quality is awsome now and music now resumes after navigation prompts and phone calls. Just like it did before Froyo.

New music app. Not sure if this belongs in this section, but did anyone give the new music.apk a try that has leaked? I read it belongs to 3.0.

3.0 = gingerbread i saw a video of the music app looks sick. i havent got my hands on it yet tho

3.0 honeycomb. I just installed it and I can confirm it works with the newest OTA. Its a mix of 3D gallery, coverflow (when the phone is held in portrait mode). Basically if you saw the last google i/o conference about the music app, its that same app
EDIT: just did some more playing around with it. I can't wait for the google android music app for pc to drop. It links itself to your phone through your gmail account. The option to play streamed music is in the settings of the app. And yes it does look really good. About to see if the androind music app is somewhere to be found. I hope revs start cooking this in their roms. It has been confimred to work only in froyo and gets a parsing error in gb

2.3 is gingerbread. I heard they were working on Honeycomb but wonder who leaked an app for it when Gingerbread hasn't hit OTA yet. If it works that's cool

I posted the apk in apps and themes!!! I read it was for honeycomb and it has another program to test wireless streaming which doesn't really work (or i cant figure it out) it has a similar theme to 3d gallery if held in landscape mode. I posted it like a day or so ago so its on the third page of apps and themes or search honeycomb music .apk

Yeah I just read that myself. Honeycomb will NOT be 3.0 (which is a major) but a minor update (2.4)
After playing around with the music app, I hope they are adding more to it because, at this point, it is just a UI update.
EDIT: Had to do some more reading up on it. Gingerbread and Honeycomb are both UI updates with Honeycomb being the updates that enables Android usage on Tablets (meaning making Android better suited for tablet usage)

update: now i have the files and was able to get it to install but now i have a problem...

Most likely not, it requires a framework as far as I know. I don't think any work was put towards it.

SPB blows and it's $15, plus they havent updated it in forever. Never anything new with it

It's a tablet launcher but it would be cool if someone were able to get it working for the phones

Hi, I found the same pitcher for Mobii pov, the firmware update, since it is the same tablet that the advent vega and just change the OS, then you can install the latest update of Mobii, to me it has worked very well.

[Q] Sense + Sprint Question

So i have been looking everywhere and i cant find this....
Im looking for a newer sense ROM (kinda like what Virus has and such) with some of the sprint Apps like Nav and TV.
Also I have one more question which Sense 3.0 style ROM is the most stable to use if anyone knows (ik this is kind of a hard question sorry lol)
anyway if anyone can answer these questions it would be a major help to me.

Im using the bos kingdom rom port pretty stable and is the all new sense 3.0 u can find the dl link off of google.com assuming you are rooted be patient will boot loop two or three times after that its good to go also keep the standard lockscreen dont try to change it to other lock screen thru htc sense it will lock up if u do also im not an dev or anything but netflix not working pretty disappointing but if ur like me I try different roms as often as I shave lol goodluck

Right now I'm using the Gingerbread leak from the Evo Shift. It's sense 2.1. It feels like a stock Evo and with the Sprint apps. Virtually no bugs. Actually the only one is the browser tends to force close on some websites (like xda). So I can't give u the link. Search Google for "Speedy 2.3 evo rom" and it should be first.
But no Sense 3.0 rom will be 100% stable due to hardware issues and drivers, according to Virus. So I trust him.

[Q]GameCih not working anymore?

Ok so i rooted my e4gts2 so i could hack/mod games and what not...and come to find out its not working.. is there a specific rom that gamecih works on or game guardian even gamekiller? none of them seem to be working for jelly bean rom or an ICS Kuban rom.
i know im doing it right i use to use it on my evo 3d..?
