[THM] (Update Jan. 1st 2010) skyandsand's notification icons for Max Manila

Hello,
I really like this board, found a lot of help and great stuff here, so I wanted to give something back... now here's a little contribution from mine.
I really like Max Manila, but none of the notification icons set I found really pleasured me... so I searched the net for free PNG-icons and found a lot of cool stuff... stunning, that people are giving such great work for free... so none of these icons are my own work, I just downloaded and modified them a little to fit Max Manila.
1.) Office-style icons, transparent background, 128x128 pixel
Icons are taken from this set, credits for the icons go to Custom Icon Design.
2.) Office-style icons, semi-transparent background, 128x128 pixel
Icons are taken from this set, credits for the icons go to Custom Icon Design.
Background taken from this set, credits go to borncold @ deviantART; just a bit modified by myself.
3.) Office-style icons, solid background, 128x128 pixel
Icons are taken from this set, credits for the icons go to Custom Icon Design.

How-To:
Just unzip the files and copy them into the \Windows-folder of your device - or use them with MaxTTM.
Note:
Due to the position of the notification digits, these icons are made for Max Manila 2.7 (and onwards?); I think, they will work with 2.6 and downwards as well, but it won't fit exactly...
So, hope you enjoy my little contribution!

P.S. Though I'm using a Topaz, I think, this thread fits better here than in the equivalent section in the Topaz-board...

Updated the transparent version a little bit, added versions with semi-transparent and solid background. Enjoy and a happy new year!

Supreme Shortcuts customised icons!!

i have maanged to input customised icons for supreme shotcuts
basically the xap , u unzip it into a folder to view its contents
then navigate to icons folder within it
u will see icons there for every shortcut, just replace them with yr own
but there is a problem l with it.
they dont match the standard size icon within the tile on the homescreens . it looks oversized inside the tile
so u need to have an image bigger than 50x50 px and u need an border it into a 64x64
so yr entire image will be a smaller image within a 64x64 border but the theme colour will not match the phone and u cant change themes to reflect it
a program called batch pro can do this
i would appreciate if anyone can show me a easier way to do this
of course the whole thing is easier if the tile colour is black, which unfortunately we cant choose black in themes

Why not just use the icon switcher that's already built into the app?

Transperent Tiles related progress! =)

Hi agin I just relizsed some new info that might help us figured this woud be a good place to post,
me & xbmod was having probums with my new icon pack im making so I installed his mod directly in 7004 when I relised that the xbox live tile is infact transperent if the icon and background is transperent so in fact we alredy have one transperent tile!
that tile refrences TOKEN.XBOXLIVE.BACKGROUND in StartMenu.dll
Thare is something diffrent about this tile because its the only tile that has 2 parts!
TOKEN.XBOXLIVE.BACKGROUND.PNG
and an animated overlay wich is...
TOKEN.XBOXLIVE.PNG
Anyway I figure if we make every Tile refrence a TOKEN.clear.BACKGROUND.PNG in sted of the color code's then we will have transperent tiles!
as for the icons & tiles i can make them 40% transperent like I sead!
this would be a very bautieful looking menu even with out a background picture!
if you could help me with this that would be great or i could help you and some how implement this moded startmenu.dll into your app!
it could make a world of diffrence for everyone!
I was editing icons in photoshop and trying my best to make basic full color icon set when I found a method in photoshop to let me apply exactly 40% transperenty to any white icon i wanted! so thare we wave something special info i figured out!
on top of that i just relesed my moded start menu dll but i am unable to test the icons and its driveing me nuts!
hope you or soemoen can use it!
I personaly am not on fully unlocked rom yet and have noway to rename or deleat the orignal start menu dll
download : Removed! release final version soon!
after I have a way to test I want to make acouple more icon packs this one is very basic and full color very nice so far!
also it you want just the pngs!

Seems a bit overkill now that there are certain apps that can change the tile color for you.

If I'm getting him correctly I beleive that his mod would actually let you keep the live tiles while still having 40% transparency vs loosing them the the current method of customizing them. I would try it but I have a gay Trophy with v2 drivers and my reg is restricted on the system files.

[Launcher] Win 8.1 Launcher for Android

Hi guys,
I'm sharing these applications because I find them really beautiful. First install Win 8 launcher and then install 8.1. Then you have to apply the 8.1 theme through the Theme tile which has a T-shirt icon.
Kindly please give feedback on this.

I want parallax and option to change background of tiles just like start theme in wp 8.1. What i don't really want is regular transparent tiles just like the other competitor. Here is the example of what my suggestion looks like:

You suggestion in not showing on IE. Do you mean like when multiple tiles are showing a single picture just like in pieces? If that is so I'm afraid you can't do that with conventional methods.

This is definitely the nicest Win 8 launcher I've seen yet.. AWESOME JOB!!
What are the chances of you sharing the source code? Would love to help out and add in some features to it, I'll probably try and decompile it and see if I can hack in some of it for now though but these are some things that would make it perfect:
1) support for more grid sizes like 5 rows instead of 4 in portrait mode
2) better landscape mode for apps, different grid size for apps (6 across 4 down)
3) better landscape for start mode (right now in landscape mode the top icon ends up filling the whole screen at once instead of keeping the tiles the same size and filling them in accordingly)
4) better support for 3rd party SMS apps (it won't let me change that at all for badge count)
5) support badge icons on other apps as well
6) make status bar when scrolled to the top of start screen stay color of the top tiles instead of default to the black (so it's like it is when its scrolled down but always)
Thanks again, your launcher made me feel at home again after switching to android from windows phone!

Any updates on this application? I really love my 1520, and now I have a Note 4 and I miss the UI and live tiles of Windows Phone.

can we have any other launcher.This is a great one,but want some more.
