Adobe Flash player

How can install Adobe Flash Player back onto my EVO phone? After placing my stock rom with Cyanogen 7, I was unable install it through the app market. Help plz

try uninstalling then reinstalling.

Can't install xda app.

I am running mijjz limited edition 74 ics and it won't let me install the xda app. Any insight would be appreciated. Says can't install on internal or external SD.

If your trying to download from market try clearing cashe in manageing apps, that usually does the trick.
If your tring to reinstalle it with a B/U it could be corrupted or permissions may have gotten borked. If thats the case you will have to reD/L from market anyway.
If that does not work try giving more info on how your trying to install it.

OK so I did a clean install of Mijjz's rom. It won't let me install xda app from restore or even when I download from the play store. It is not installed on my phone so I can't even clear the cache. Says not installed could not install on internal external SD. All other apps and downloads are fine. Only other issue I had was trying to restore data to email but had to do it manually since it kept causing exchange to force close.

I had to use my backup pro titanium wouldn't restore it or install from market.

The cache you want to clear is the play store cache.
Also try unmounting your ext SD card.

What about pushing the app in to system/app then set permissions then reboot?

The rom is pretty amazing looking and smooth. No other apps have been a problem with the rom

In app update failed install?

I got the paid version of dx battery saver pro, it keeps telling me there is a new version but when I try to install it fails with " existing package name with conflicting signature" error. I've included a screen shot. Is there a way to fix this?

as someguyatx said why not uninstall the original?
Then reboot. Open Playstore and redownload/install it. If you paid for it, it should show as one of your applications and find the licensing info.

The updated apk will be in the apps SD card folder, uninstall app locate folder then find the apk click it and install, make sure your unknown sources is checked in security settings so u can sideload apps

Weird "insufficient storage " error.

I'm on a stock T999 which was rooted,stock, but now not bc I accepted the 4.1.1 OTA and lost root. OK I have a Mac and Heimdall doesn't work on SIII and the script method doesn't work on Jellybean so I'm going to install Windows and use Odin as soon as I can get my install discs. The weird thing is that now I get the "insufficient storage" message but just on certain large game apps. I don't know if it could be bc I removed adds via Luckypatcher and can't remove odexed App ghosts via root explorer now that I'm not root or what. The odd thing is these were games I paid for and tried to redownload,that crashed after losing root . Sorry for the long explanation I'm just trying to get a handle on what is exactly occurring here.I searched and only found threads re that error that occurred consistently.Also getting a "this device has been modified" prompt when checking for updates which is odd bc it's not rooted,but when it was this gave me an OTA? I'd love to hear if anyone has any Mac root methods I'm not aware of as well.

Yeah, that did it.Im not sure why though.Its like some antipiracy action was triggered after the OTA.

Torque pro app dissapeared

Today I went to show my friend my torque pro app and it was missing from my apps. I tried to re download from play store and get an insufficient storage error. I also downloaded the apk and tried to install and it won't install. I'm running kitkat and did use the app after the update was using it yesterday with no issues. I deleted a song I downloaded yesterday and un installed two apps that recently updated. I also deleted all files I could find searching file explorer with torque in the file name.
Anything else I should try I also dirty flashed my Rom and cleared cache and fixed permissions

Got it fixed, wasn't fun had to format the phone. But I got a nice fresh install of everything.
