I called someone and they started laughing as soon as I started talking. Evidently my voice sounded about an octave too high, like I was a chipmunk. I made another phone call to a different unsuspecting friend to confirm that the problem was my phone, and they also said I sounded like I had been huffing helium. So my question is, what happened? A simple reboot fixed the "problem".
I flashed CM7 a few days ago and nandroided back to my Warm 2.2 after running into some unrelated problems, but I don't know if that has anything to do with this. I'm just curious what happened; it's not a huge deal since the problem went away. I have to say I haven't laughed that hard during a phone call in a while.

At one time, I remember calling my kids and they said I sounded like the devil or really scary. Well days before I had called a friend and he acted like he didn't recognize me but didn't say anything else. So later he said that he didn't know you could change your voice, but I didn't know what he was referring to until my kids told me about it. Lmfao! But it just fixed itself I guess.

Hey, it's me OP, I was from Myn's RLS5 forum asking about this question. Well, I never flashed a CM rom before but I have flashed the Virus 2.3.3 Gingerbread about a month ago. I also use FullHDMI everyday. Do you use HDMIwin of FullHDMI?
Full HDMI... I haven't been able to reproduce the problem yet, but maybe I'll try some experiments...

My old BlueAnt S1 speakerphone makes me sound like I'm talking from behind the TV in Poltergeist. Freaked out one of my friends quite a bit first time it happened.

The reason no one is working on it cause the code ain't there. It would have to be re-coded from scratch. And us devs have better things to do then work on a lock screen.

It is,I used to like screen suite because you could see the home screen,but it lagged bad,you would always see the original lock pop up first. But yeah I guess an app would help the wait...

Yes, I use occasionally the app Lock Menu, which is nice. But, I always go back to the stock lockscreen. But, I'm serious, I will soo root if this gets ported.

I'm actually getting around 12 hours. Which is decent..I guess. Extended battery and such.
The random reboots are killing me though...

I am going to be trying to put something together this week. ive had a few people ask me to do a pink theme and a purple one. I might just use your idea and kill 2 birds with one stone and mix them together. I will see what i can put together.

Hell im still using GB. And im absolutely positive im not the only one using GB still lol....so regardless if this isnt ICS as of yet....a port of it would be great. Besides im sure it would be more stable than current ICS state on our phones.

I haven't really been through it all yet. Video recording seemed to not work and signal was a little wonky. You have to go into settings> operator and select sprint. Didnt really have time to test much else yet.

Just to let you know this is a extremely alpha build. I don't think the camera works... might have some force closes. Not a daily driver.

Generally you would want to start a WIP type thread in the general section ...then once deemed stable and worthy of postage in the Dev section....you get a release thread
