1 find a ROM that already has it installed
2 download the ROM
3 pull the apk out of the .zip for the ROM
4 install the apk
5 ????

Did you root the phone?
Can anyone help me out with getting the apps drawer transparent on the OTA, RMK ROM, I've tried using both methods here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1134560 but no dice..
If anyone could please guide me in the right direction it would be very appreciated it. TIA!
post #3 has some .zip files which do it for you. Have you tried the one that might work for your ROM?
try the seo_trasp_noti.zip since you are on RMK OTA. Might work.

Dev-host has a 512mb limit. Most SG3 roms are going to be larger than 512.
