Just wanted to know if anyone knew about any high powered/rapid chargers for the Vibrant? I've got 2 expanded batteries and want to be able to keep them both juiced. Thanks!

Hi guys, I'm aware there are solar chargers out there, but I was wondering if you though the very high power consumption of the SGS2 could be an issue here.
Anyone tried it out?
has anyone found any of the chargers (square ones with purple etc light)
that plug into the wall and hold 1 battery in them that work.
All the ones i've tried only charge to 88 or so percent.
thanks
Although my post offers you no solace as to which charging dock will charge GSIII batteries to full capacity, I"m pleased to finally learn that I"m not alone. I've ordered a charging dock from ebay that will be arriving no later than Thursday. Its 34.99 and comes with an original battery much like the OEM charging dock. I'll check it out and give you some feedback on it's performance.
I'm also looking for a cheap external battery wall charger.
Something like this.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/USB-Battery...-S-3-SIII-i9300-US-AU-EU-UK-Pin-/251082870040
Will that work or am I at decent risk that it'll stop charging at 88% like the OP?
Any other suggestions? Is the battery the same size as the battery used for the S2 or any other phones so that I can use a wall charger made for a different phone (since this phone is new, maybe accessories haven't fully ramped up yet).

Hi all,
Looking into an external battery pack. Anyone have either of these?
Looking mainly to charge my galaxy s3, ipod touch, galaxy note 10.1, and girlfriends iPhone.
We use our devices alot and usually need some extra power during day.
The more compact the better but wanting at least 10000 mah,so what is yours?
2430 battery gold
I just ordered a used one of these bad boys from Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00439G3WS/ref=pe_175190_21431760_3p_M3T1_ST1_dp_1. 16,000mAh battery, microUSB charging input jack, and five USB outputs.
I'm not sure how I'd feel about buying a used battery. Li-ion batteries degrade in capacity no matter what and I'd want to know some details and the current capacity before forking over any money.
Hi guys can't find an exact answer in search, I have a galaxy s3 i9305 but I'm assuming that part doesn't matter, just got the genuine samsung 3000mah battery and its taking 8 hours to charge on both stock rom and sentinel rom, using a non samsung cable and a 10v iphone mains plug with genuine samsung dock I'm getting 300ma using the App Store app to monitor, if I remove dock it goes to 500ma which is weird and I want to keep dock, if I use genuine samsung cable i ordered online as I don't have the original it charges at just 100ma so anyone a clue whats going on and what do I need to get the full 1000ma and charge in like 4 - 5 hours? I expected more charge time with the bigger battery but not double, please help.
Thanks
Tony
Not one person got the extended battery from Samsung and having slow charging? Just tried another cable and got 900ma without dock and 300 with so why's it so low with dock?
I have been looking for an external battery for my Nexus S and my Galaxy S3. I was looking for one that would be small enough that it would not feel like I was carrying around a roll of quarters in my pocket, and at the same time would have a decent amount of power
I am very pleased with the Astro Slim 3 because it is as thin as my Galaxy S3 and has the ability to charge it three times before it runs out of power. This charger has two ports that will simultaneously charge at 1 Amp each. This may not be great if you are trying to charge an Ipad, but I have had much luck charging my two phones at the same time. My Galaxy S3 charges in the same amount of time as it does with the OEM wall charger. The Slim 3 is also small enough to stack behind my Galaxy S3 so I can charge my phone while I am talking on it. The Slim 3 has one built in USB cable and another port to plug an additional cable into. I am attaching a couple of pictures that show the Slim 3 charging my Nexus 10 and my Nexus S. I hope this helps someone find a portable charger that they will enjoy. I looked for a while before this one, and could never quite find what I wanted. Thanks, DNOB.
Does the battery get warm/hot while in use?
+1
The high quality power bank will less hot when using.
Is that the one that is available from Amazon???
