SMS Bomber Does exactly what it says. - G2 and Desire Z Themes and Apps

here is a link. try it out.
bomb the crap out of people with sms bomber.
sends the same text as many times as you want.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=T8EL5NFH

I use SMS Barrage which seems to do the same.

o. never heard of it. :/. is it on the market? cuz i know this one is down from the market.

i believe it was taken down, i download JDS sms bomber before it was taken down.
The anti-sms bomber is still there however lol

thats cool but first download the unlimited sms limit remover and have a field day. i prolly got throttled from sms hitting the limit...jk, lol

Hmmm, yeah, SMS Barrage isn't on the Martket either. Maybe I downloaded it from Mobilism then...
(I'm sure it's freeware, but if anybody thinks it's not OK to post it here please delete the attachment)

well I know this app and most others were on the market but then got taken down really quick because of what it does. . It's pretty fun to mess with people though, you got to admit it.
has anyone downloaded this and tried it out?

I have, and I love it.
The problem came when I got carried away. I sent my friend 100 texts, forgetting that he didn't have unlimited texting.
I'm going to pay him back tomorrow, but I think I'm really lucky in that I was going to send him 500, but decided not to in case this happened.
He's not extremely mad though, it's only ten dollars

Wait, in the USA both you and the person you're texting have to pay for the SMS??? Isn't that against the law somehow, not being able to reject the SMS but still having to pay for it? Interesting...
Here I have approx. 600 free messages each month and I seldom use SMS, so from time to time it's fun to annoy people by sending 50-100 messages in a row. Older phones actually freeze when you do that, or run out of storage space for messages and they have to erase all.

yea both have to pay for it. I have tmobile and if you don't have a texting plan/ go over your limits they charge you $0.20 each. However you can call them and tell them to block text messaging on your line.

Wow just noticed

Is there a way to enable the tmobile shortcuts to check your balance like #BAL# or the sms usage?
Ricks 6.1 v24
I use Kavanas and they work just fine.
It works but dont make the mistake of actually punching in the letters BAL. You need to punch in #225#
Remember the letters that correspond to numbers.
haha yeah Mikey was right....Gixxum where you at
I'm flipping a coin to see if this ends up on the list.
I honestly rarely used it back when I had Tmo WM6. But recently I'm sort of seeing 3 different girls and Christ they Text me a lot. I went over last month and Tmobile bastards are up'in the price on SMS messages. So, even if I do get Gixxxed I got my reasons.
you do know if you get the unlimited, price stayed and will stay the same.
What do you mean other than getting unlimited will prevent me from going over. Or are you saying either dump one to save money or get unlimited for 5-7 bucks more a month.
Get the unlimited texting in your case....Casanova.
You will save in the llong run and use the money on your three ladies
Or paypal me the difference.

sorry i was workin another thread...ya know, sharing my happy thoughts and awesome opinions that make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Is there an app for filtering text/calls from specific numbers?

First, if I see another "use the search" reply I'm gonna flip out...unless it's sarcasm because of me typing that. I have searched...and search, and searched, and searched. Not just on xda either.
All I want to know, is if there is an app, free, not free - WHATEVER - that can be set to delete/reject texts and call from a phone number you enter into the program. I'm sure someone would suggest it, but changing my phone number isn't an option...so after about 150 texts from the most obnoxious, stuck up, self centered.....yeah.....in the world, I need a way to keep their texts (and calls, but especially texts) from coming through.
And please don't say it isn't possible, because it is. My old Samsung had exactly that feature and it wasn't HALF the phone the Rhodium is.
So please, if anyone knows of one, please tell me and accept my apologies if my post seems rather blunt... It's been a stressful day and I don't sugar coat what I say when I'm frustrated.

use the search button!!!! jk, look for pocket bouncer.it lets you put in numbers to block im pretty sure.
Lol, thanks for the suggestion. I'll try it out after I get back from my run.
-edit- looks like Pocket Call Bouncer is only for calls. Is there one for texts? Even if it lets it through and deletes immediately it I'd be happy.

just call your service provider and have them do it.prolly the easiest way.
Just called them, didn't realize they could do that (Sprint couldn't when I worked for them). They want to charge me $5 a month to do it... I'm already paying too much for AT&T's lousy service that works less than half the time. Guess I'll just keep searching and pay their monthly fee as a last resort.
Thanks bud.

i just told them i wasnt gonna pay that and if they wanted to lose 3 customers over 5 bucks a month be my guest. they cracked. i pay them nothing{not to mention got a new phone for free!!}
I'll try that when I call them tomorrow... Been a frustrating day.
i used kaspersky mobile security about a month ago, they have a 30 day free trial. im not sure if it will block phone calls, but it has a black and white list for text messages. it got kind of annoying to accept the first text from each different person, but maybe there was a way to add your phone book, or only worry about the black list page. had lots of extra features too you might find interesting. let me know what you think and post back for other people who have the same question!!
Use the following cab, its blocks both calls n text
Thanks for those two replies. Got some testing to do now. Thanks again!

To all developers: I need a Text Message Reply Algorithm.

Can someone come up with a Text Message Algorithm, so that when my GF sends me one of those sappy, "Oh, I miss you so much!" or "My life would suck without you" that it will do an Auto search for the appropriate romantic reply and then send the reply per text message/email?
I get about 30 of those per day, and they are quite annoying. I want to respond something different, but I've learned you never tell a girl she is fat, even if she is fat!

Tell her that having sex with her is like watching the same movie over and over (preferably Ground Hog's Day). You'll stop getting them....
Omfg, too funny.
I think handcent will let you make a list of canned responses. Not exactly what you asked for but it might be a little easier

ROFL!! I think you should just let her know that even though you are her hobby, that your hobby is your phone.
You gotta be kidding me... If she's sending you 30 pointless messages a day then just don't reply because it sounds like someone's already a little coocoo for her cocopuff (ie the OP).
Or use handcent as was suggested previously.
Or better yet, use the SMS spammer and just spam I love you to her in 10 second intervals 24 hours a day. Give her a taste of her own medicine.

I'm pretty sure you won't be getting any more messages after that one either.

Ding Ding Ding. We have a winner. I like this one the best.
Now.... where was the spamming program?

Loss of MMS. Why?

Why did AT&T, Samsung, MS decide to take away MMS from the windows phones??? MMS has been around forever. I have a Samsung Focus and it a pain to not have it.
A. What do Samsung and ATT have to do with it?
B. We have picture messaging, what's it matter? The high quality videos created by such a phone would take forever to send and completely waste your entire data plan.
C. If you're from a country where English is the primary language please do attempt to learn to type it as your posts will get more replies if they are presented in a more adult manner.

First of all, those videos are compressed before sending on other devices. Second of all, sending videos does not consume data. It falls under your texting plan.

If it was taking up that much data then I'm sure they wouldn't let a messaging plan cover it. Also there's no real point in pic messaging if it's going to compress it down to something my old razor might have shot.

Just stating facts, I tried to present it in a nice manner but it's true. I would not say such a thing to a person from another country but you will gain more respect asking a question in a professional manner around here.
Wish they will add it later

Texting and MMS costs nothing to the carriers. They transmit the messages with the leftover keep alive packets. It literally does not cost a cent, yet they make a ton of money off of ripping us off. But pictures and videos are indeed larger than texts, which is why they always take a bit longer.

Cannot receive text messages from iPhone users using iMessage.

First thing you need to know is that I've never owned an Apple device. I've been having this issue ever since Apple upgraded to iOS 6 & 7. My girlfriend and some of my friends are iPhone users, and sometimes they send me messages but I receive them late or even never receive them at all. Sometimes I get their text that got mixed with a text that they sent sometime before (even from convos that are days or weeks old) in the SAME message (WTF?). I event get spammed by the same message 5+ times, example http://i.imgur.com/ij8GtPu.jpg which is annoying and ridiculous!
Ive searched the web and did not find a single solution, only thousands of people complaining with no fix. The only solution to this is to use another chat app with the other person, which is really hard to convince someone to do that. Especially Apple fanboys and fangirls like my GF. I suggested Whatsapp or Hangouts and even suggested her to disable iMessage (there's a feature that lets you disable the iMessage feature so the iMessage app only sends SMS to the users) which my GF denied also. -_-
TLDR: I don't get texts and people wait for me to respond and think that I'm ignoring them or I get spammed. How to fix pls?
Edit #1: I've never been an Apple user so "disconnecting" my number from iMessage by sending a "STOP" text to 48369 probably wont help. BUT I did try it today and we'll see if that works lol...
Edit #2: Oh the irony... http://i.imgur.com/7gmUN54.png
Edit #3: My phone is stock. Never did any modding.
IMO, not much can be done on Android side but I remember reading a great article about this issue.

I would maybe call Apple support. Even though you don't have an apple device it seems their system thinks that your number is register for imessage.
