i'd like to change this.
another question (III):
the energy widget in FRG83 2.2.1 does not have the mobile internet button.
cyanogenmod does have it. what can i do to have this button in FRG83 ?
Thank you in advance.
I
Open Spare Parts, which should be included with Cyanogen Mod. There's an option to change the font size.

Don't take my word for it but no. You can change the ROM or compile your own.

Check out Extended Controls
Hello,
thanks! just wanted to let you know: in the meanwhile i solved most of it myself:
I. Bigger fonts - not really, but we can:
change fonts with "font changer lite" - to a extended font - so we have at
least a wider one.
PLUS: we can change density in STARTUP.TXT - for my RAPH i changed it to
240 - i think it's a good result ... everything is a little bigger than normal. i like
it.
II: Changing button mapping is possible as described here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=832384
http://www.kandroid.org/android_pdk/keymaps_keyboard_input.html
III: extended controls or similar widgets ...

I have being searching for a while, came across many treads that change the task bar and their icons also transperent curtains.Ideally what I'm trying to change the color of the default start menu bar which is (black). Also if possible the bottom bar below the slider which is also (black) on the HD TF3D home screen. Is this possible? I don't like making to many post without searching cause its makes the forum clustered with unwanted post from people asking the smae question which answers could be found by searching. Its day two and I still have not found anything, so here I'm making a reguest.
Note:
* I'm not looking for a theme.
* I also know you can just change the theme in the settings option, which is limited to black/red/green, while i'm trying to have mine changed to *grey*.
* I LOVE MY HD.
Thanks in advance for your response guys. Have a nice day!

No not sure how to do that.If it works, maybe you can guide me and I would give it a shot.
simply add new .tsk themes to your device and select any of the from start>settings>today. or if you use Spb Mobileshell try the built in colored themes it will do that.
cheers
Hi I have tomtom installed (josh black rom or what ever its called) and it has the 3x3 large quick start grid on the home tab. The default tomtom icon is very low res and ugly can i make my own icon and replace it and if so how?

Yes it can be replaced with a higher-res version. There's numerous threads over in the 'themes & apps' section with icon sets and instructions on how to get them on your phone. Many of the aftermarket icon sets do include much nicer versions of the tomtom program launch icon.
Thanks very much I'll go for a hunt
Hello guys!
I have a bug in CM10-based ROM on lockscreen, it's not nasty, but I'd like to fix it. As you can see in attached screenshot, time is cut on the right side. Seems like it has static width somewhere spelled out.
I think something needs to be changed in lockscreen layout in framework-res.apk, but I don't know what exactly.
Does it move over if you use 12 hour time format?

No, but if I set smaller font size in system settings - it fits but that font size is not suitable for me.
Hello there.
I'm trying the new freestyle layouts and they are really great, but I have a problem. I can't seem to find the "+" to add a new panel when adding widgets , it's not there like in the classic layouts and I'm unable to find how to add a new panel.
Any help will be appreciated.
Greetings everyone,
I am currently using a Sense 7 HTC Desire 820, and I want to ask a bit questions on the quick settings management and system lockscreen here today.
I got this phone half a year ago, since then, I have wished to replace the quick settings icons in the pulldown menu and system lockscreen into the one used by AOSP rom or Cyanogenmod. I have tested using different Xposed modules to perform the task but still they all failed to do so. So now I am wondering if there are anyways for me to force change the icons or the layout, for example and I guess by changing some icons and values in the SystemUI.apk or framework-res.apk, to the one I desired. Or are there any zip or application I can install onto my device so to perform the task? Does anyone got any ideas here or have experienced the above situation as me too?

i'd like to do this too. i'd like help on getting gravitybox quicksettings to work, overriding the device's default one. i also want to change the navigation bar icons so that they are all of the same look & size.
when i changed my dpi to 260, my navigation buttons became larger and i can't reduce their size. if i reduce the height of the navbar through gravitybox, the menu ley alone remains too large. see my screenshots. i changed dpi to 290 and the navbar is looking better now. but, even though i set font size as small, my fonts are bigger than i prefer.
please click this link for files i think are relevant to the issue under reference: http://www31.zippyshare.com/v/xw2JtFOG/file.html. thanks a lot in advance for any help/advice/links. let me know if any more info/files are needed.
