HTC SenseUI - Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking

Greetings everyone,
I am currently using a Sense 7 HTC Desire 820, and I want to ask a bit questions on the quick settings management and system lockscreen here today.
I got this phone half a year ago, since then, I have wished to replace the quick settings icons in the pulldown menu and system lockscreen into the one used by AOSP rom or Cyanogenmod. I have tested using different Xposed modules to perform the task but still they all failed to do so. So now I am wondering if there are anyways for me to force change the icons or the layout, for example and I guess by changing some icons and values in the SystemUI.apk or framework-res.apk, to the one I desired. Or are there any zip or application I can install onto my device so to perform the task? Does anyone got any ideas here or have experienced the above situation as me too?

i'd like to do this too. i'd like help on getting gravitybox quicksettings to work, overriding the device's default one. i also want to change the navigation bar icons so that they are all of the same look & size.
when i changed my dpi to 260, my navigation buttons became larger and i can't reduce their size. if i reduce the height of the navbar through gravitybox, the menu ley alone remains too large. see my screenshots. i changed dpi to 290 and the navbar is looking better now. but, even though i set font size as small, my fonts are bigger than i prefer.
please click this link for files i think are relevant to the issue under reference: http://www31.zippyshare.com/v/xw2JtFOG/file.html. thanks a lot in advance for any help/advice/links. let me know if any more info/files are needed.

There are already a number of total Sense UI ports, if you want the whole shebang.
If you're already running CM6.1 (as your thread title suggests), then you can manually set a black status bar in the CyanogenMod Settings (just go to the normal phone settings menu and it's in there). You can adjust the color to pretty much anything you want - I did some experimenting with CM6 on my Nexus One trying to match the status bar to various backgrounds - it's do-able, but you have to tinker with a bunch of different settings, applying the same hex color code to each one. Kind of a hassle.
CM6.1 also lets you import an XML file to change the colors, which you could build on your computer and then apply. Might be easier.

[Q] Two Questions About 4.1.2 Notification Interface

1. Does anyone else find the notification font to be too big? If it was smaller, I could see more detail, in say, the Gmail notifications. Is there a way this can be changed? Also, is this different on any of the custom TW roms based on this new T-Mobile base?
2. The quick toggles are missing the data toggle. Same questions here: can this be changed? are there custom TW roms that have this? (I believe yes, since all the custom 4.0.4 roms I had included this useful toggle.)
(Note: I'm only interested in custom roms that include Wi-Fi calling, but please feel free to answer generally to help others who stumble upon this thread.)

I'm not sure about the notification font but I think you can just go into the display settings, reduce the font and see how that goes, and for the data toggles I do have one (I'm using the jedi mind trick jb rom by ptmr3) it is also customizable too.

I was also quite surprised by the large font size in the notifications which made everything quite crowded in there. The Display font size in settings does not affect the notification fonts unfortunately. Luckily, ptmr3's Jedi Mind Trick JB includes a nice fix for this with the Per-app DPI settings.
1. In Settings, Jedi ROM Tricks, Custom Framework Install, make sure the Framework is active by clicking Install / Update
2. At the same place, in the Modules tab, make sure Xposed App Settings is checked
3. In Settings Jedi ROM Tricks, Per-App DPI Settings, search for systemUI.
4. Toggle the switch to ON and set DPI to 200 or 210 (I use 210). Leave everything else as is.
5. Click the Save icon in the top right
6. Reboot phone and profit!
As for your second question, JMT JB does include a Data toggle

Right now I'm on the stock official JB release. I've changed the font size under the display settings to tiny, and everything seems much better now. Also if you go into setting in the Messaging App you can check a box to allow the volume rockers to change the size of the messages. This also helped me as I didn't like how big the bubbles were by default. Once you are in a convo you can press the down volume to make everything smaller.

Changing the font size in the settings does not affect the Notifications, but in general I like the small font everywhere. Next weekend, I will probably reroot. I wanted to give stock a chance. The last 6 months I've been bouncing between Infamous 3.1 and Jedi Mind Trick. I will probably give the new Jedi ROM a try.

Change just the lock screen DPI?

I've been running the awesome SkyDragon ROM/kernel with texdroider running the DPI at 560 and it's awesome. Today I got the circle case with wireless charging back and because of the different DPI the clock doesn't line up. I just changed back to stock DPI and the clock is fine but I realized just how much I enjoyed the rest of the phone at 570. I downloaded App Settings to try but I can't find the name of the lockscreen apk. Anyone know or have a better solution? Thanks.

So just in case anyone is wondering or has the same problem, it seems the easiest option is to set SystemUI back to 640 with App Settings. That fixes the lockscreen circle back to the proper position. It affects the status bar and nav bar as well, but it still keeps everything else the same.
As you can see in the screenshot here the status bar icons are proportionally a little too big, but not horrible. I shrank the nav bar back down with G3 Tweaksbox.
RESOLVED
Necroposting for the purpose of this being the first result in Google for G3 Lockscreen DPI.
Figured it out.
Undo any and all previous DPI tweaks.
Use Texdroider DPI, set to 530 reboot.
Install xposed AppSettings, enable it. Reboot.
In AppSettings look for an entry called key com.android.keyguard. Enable it and set DPI to 640 (this is stock). Under that select/check Apply res to widgets.
Save (Maybe Reboot also).
I am going to revive this thread and thread jack.
Does anyone know how to change the DPI for the lockscreen in Lollipop? My post above only works for KitKat, the package no longer exists in LP

I believe since everybody is silent about this issue it is best to set the phone lock to none and revert to a 3rd party lockscreen at least that is what I did.

[APP][5.0][Modded] Hide navbar (Ultimate Dynamic Navbar)

This is the Ultimate Dynamic Navbar Lite (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mrbimc.udn.lite) which is working on Lollipop, modded to have the original Lollipop soft-buttons...
Its does not work on my nexus 4.
I installed it on my galaxy tab 2 7 inch but how can I make it transparent like in the 2nd screenshot?
Aii the rest seems to be working fine
There is a lot of options to personalise it

Chech this app settings you will find lot of options to change color and icons. If you want to make it transparent when you choose color you will see a horizontal bar from which you have to drag the little handle towards blank area which makes your NAVIGATION BAR TRANSPARENT
I have the pro version and it's working fine with Lollipop, but it didn't have the lollipop icons, I've tried installing your modded lite version but it doesn't have the pro features. How did you manage that?
Edited png's inside apk file
Google or maybe it was Nvidia decided to exclude a nav bar for the Android TV console. Navigation is cumbersome at best with many different ways to navigate but none doing that well of a job since they decided that the launchers wouldnt support mouse clicks either. Where their heads are at when they release this stuff, I dont know but I found this and was hoping this would help, but it isnt working. Ill mention this in the forum over there too but if anyone is interested in getting it to work for TV, I can help with any info you might need from my rooted system.

[Q] Change battery icon colour (5+)

Hello,
Curious to know if there are any xposed modules available where I can change the colour of the battery icon, or individual status bar icons for Lollipop and above?
I do like Gravity box, but that will only colour all of the icons and not individual ones. Other than that, I can only find a few custom roms that will do this but of course I'd rather have a stock rom with a mod installed if possible.
Thanks,
I'd rather use FLAT STYLE BAR xposed module..with that you can change every aspect of the status bar icons.

M8, he was asking for suggestions!!! Read it again...
If you're asking about Flat styled indicators then here is the link for the module - http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/modules/mod-flat-style-bar-indicators-t3000029
Thanks for the suggestion.
I believe I have used that xposed mod before, probably about 12 months ago. I tried it on GPE 5.1 but found it never used to change the battery icon in anyway. GPE is pretty close to stock aosp, all be it a few htc additions.
Perhaps I should try again as 12 months is a long time and new releases have no doubt been released.
