O2 Orbit - assign ringtones to contacts

I have just got my XDA Orbit from O2 UK.
For some reason the option to assign specific ringtones to each contact is missing ?? Does anyone know if this is usual ?

Tap contacts and select the contact you wish to assign a ring tone too
Tap Menu - Edit
The 12th row down says ring tone - i'll let you figure the rest out

Ok, I have just figured out what's wrong. The contacts copied from my sim card only contain name & number.
When I add a new contact the ringtone option is there. What I have now done is copy all contacts to new records - now I can customise as needed.

Assigning ringtones for groups in Contacts

I was wondering if there was a way to assign a custom ringtone for groups defined in your Contacts. I remember this feature in the Treo series. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Group profiles?

Is there anyway to create group profiles (within contacts) example my previous phone i could add contacts into a group and select a different ringtone for them so i know who to expect?
The reason why I am asking this as I'm assuming WP7 does not have any feature which can block a call, so rather than relying on an application i was hoping to add all contacts into a group that I want to ignore and just set the ringtone as silent as i previously had done with my old phone....

They add custom ringtones and groups, but they dont let you add ringtones to groups, is there any way to add it for groups besides going to each contact individually and assigning it?

[Q] Custom Text Tones for Contacts?

Is there any way to natively set custom text tones for specific contacts? I see an option for customized ringtones but having specific text tones would be vastly more useful for someone like me who mainly texts.
