have you tried setting your location there where its spoken?
it will reboot and change language, but the whole os
just click in de EN if you are in english
if have more to 1 langue it will change

nevermind, something wrong with my internet settings
I've just tried to update PDA using MaUprtadeUtnoID.exe, got error "no connection with device", and now Qtek just shows "serial" on top of the screen and "V2.06" on bottom of the screen, and when i connect USB cable, it shows "USB". thats all, no reaction to power on, no reaction to reset... Whats wrong? Is this the end?

I wasn't fully sure that the MaUpdradeUt_noID.exe method worked when I wrote that guide.
Yep, no problems. I've used it because normal update said: "This update is not for the model that you are trying to update... bla bla bla"

steps to change the language
You need a registry editor.
Say we want to add "T9englishLdb.dll"
- copy "T9englishLdb.dll" to \Windows
- go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\T9 Input Method\MUI\Languages]
- it should be:
"Available"="0407"
- change it to:
"Available"="0407, 0409"
(if you want that T9 english to appers first, put 0409 first in that list.)
- go to: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\T9 Input Method\LDBs]
- add new string value "0409"="T9UenglishLdb.dll"
- reboot

I have flashed my TP2 from the original Orange WWE ROM to the official HTC WM6.1 ITA ROM
Now I have the english keyboard with italian ROM so many keys don't match the symbol to type.
Should I change some key into the registry to let the ROM know I'm using an english keyboard?

I had to use "WWE" instead of the country code because on the Windows folder I only had some language map but not the english one.
So if someone else has my problem, this is the registry value to be used : eT9.Rhodium.wwe.kmap.txt

You can try to use CustomLocale.apk. Did the trick for me
it's here: hxxp://folk.ntnu.no/sibtehai/CustomLocale.apk (replace hxxp with http)

are you talking about keyboard? if so, you must go to settings>language&input>android keyboard (aosp)>input language>and then choose every language you want

In stock rom settings i can choose English (Russian), but CM10 havnt that localization. Only Russian (Russian).

Does anybody know how to change the setting menu language into English? After I installed Zooper pro, the setting are translated into my local language (seems like they were using Google translator) and it is unusable. How can I change the language into English?
