Let's count here to see actually how many Touch Pro 2 owners are here
I'm guessing there are more visitors than owners on this rhodium site
Hi,
After Kaiser, Raphael, I have now a french Rhodium unbranded (unfortunatly for hard spl with samsung chip).
++
I bought mine from CLOVE.CO.UK on May 30th .
I had it sent to a friend's address in London as I couldn't risk loosing it or getting it stuck at customs here in Istanbul.
So I flew to London just for a day to pick it up from my friend )))
It was the most expensive phone I ever bought

Couldn't you just buy out HTC for that money?
I like to be the first to own some things and there is cost for that which I am willing to pay.
I remember flying to Germany to buy the Sony Ericsson P1i on the first date it was ever released......
The funny thing I went in the morning and flew back home the same day and the German police at the passport control couldn't understand why I would fly to another country to buy a phone and return home the very same day, he tought I was upto something else

Not really an option in the poll for me. I haven't "already ordered", but I couldn't be further from "No Thanks".

If you figure out how please add "once it hits my carrier I will own it" because the US carriers have not released it yet.
Got it two weeks ago. Prefer SPB Mobile Shell 3 over TouchFlow3D.

I'm sorry it won't allow me.
But anyway , thinking of buying and ordering the the thing are two different things. You may think of buying TP2 but but decide on a Nokia N97 for example, this could affect the outcome of the Poll When you bought it or ordered it, you could vote here
Seems like so far only 66 of us , I doubt we could make it to 100 owners..
got one about a week back.
got mine for a while now and touchflo 3d beats mobishell on tp2.
Agree with Shingers here, having tried SPb Mobile Shell, I much prefer TF3D. Smooth, intuitive and well, just very pretty! (=
It's the thing that most impresses people when I take out my phone and *ahem* brag a little. I bought mine about two weeks ago. Unlocked, generic ROM, unbranded HTC, roughly 800 dollars.
GOt my tmobile one, for free
Got mine 3 weeks ago - ordered in uk! perfect companion so far with some bugs left...
Hi guys, I'm selling my lapdock for the Atrix. I bought it brand new during launch day at around $300 when bundled with phone. The lapdock is in perfect condition - Never dropped, scratched or put any kinds of drinks near it.
To be honest i've only used my Lapdock for a total of around 40 hours, i was working on a Windows Conversion for the dock but since I'm a Game Designer and I'm starting to get real serious with a project, i need to let go of it and get a real Laptop...i really like this lapdock its very light and very useful (especially after what Sogarth did with his mods).
I currently see onit priced Amazon, Ebay, and a few other sites that sell it for $200 as the lowest. I'm trying to sell it for $200 if possible.
Shipping to 94607?
Sure, that's not too far.
If you both can't make a deal, i am interested to buy this as well. However would you ship internationally ?
Refurbished lapdocks sell for $175.99 with free 2 day shipping from the AT&T website. Mine looked brand new.

Someone created a thread to sell a laptop he bought new and has used. People that are viewing the thread see someone else point them towards a refurbished unit from AT&T, as though to suggest it's better to go there than buy from the person who created the thread. AT&T refurbished units are a crapshot, you don't know what the previous issue was. They have no bearing on the OP's thread and is a full-on c*$kblock, if you will.
Tried PM'ing a couple of times but aint working! Will give 200 providing shipping to Melbourne Australia is not too expensive. PM me if you can
why the mods havent come in yet i dont know but this isnt the buy&sell section
OSNPA, are you suggesting that it would be better to keep an unwitting Atrix user in the dark, letting him or her purchase a used lapdock for around $35 more than the cost of an "officially" used lapdock, just so the seller will not be offended?
It's called market competition. An informed consumer living in the U. S. with the opportunity to purchase a refurbished dock from ATT would never pay more and wait longer for one unless he or she were doing the seller a favor.
To put it simply, if the seller intends to sell this dock to an ATT customer, he or she will have to lower the price or take advantage of someone's ignorance. In my opinion, it would be bad form to keep a consumer in the dark and just sit back and snicker as you watch a transaction (or in this case, a rip off) transpire. But hey, at least the seller didn't get his feelings hurt AND he made more than what he should have.
Fortunately for the seller, not everyone has access to a refurbished lapdock, specifically our friends overseas, and $200 is quite a bargain in that market. I think everyone has a chance to win in this situation, and to me, it seems like bad form to try and prevent this ideal scenario -- one in which no one feels cheated.
I don't mean to attack you, OSNPA, but I'm trying to understand what you have to gain by trying to foster a market on these forums in which the lapdock is kept at an artificially high price. Are you trying to sell one yourself? Anything to help me understand where you're coming from would be much appreciated.
To the seller, I think you will have no problem selling the dock for $200. (I would not have started so low.)
To anyone who does not have access to a refurbished lapdock, this price is almost impossible to beat.

That's actually not true. Refurbished is anything that has been brought back to factory specifications and tested to be working. Yes, some of these are broken units that have been repaired, but MANY others are just returned within the 30-day return period, especially for a once $400+ item like the lapdock. Mine also looks like its from the assembly line. More knowledge here: http://www.att.com/shop/wireless/devices/buy-refurbished-phones.jsp
I'm sure yours looks great though so happy selling!

Well, if customers are uninformed on the price of refurbished lapdocks when there's a thread dedicated to it in this very sub-forum, well I have no pity for them. It's a consumer's responsibility to educate themselves. He's not selling a refubished unit, it is not the same situation, so the prices should have no bearing on what the OP asks. Regardless of whether money is involved, think of it this way: a developer releases a ROM and the 1st response to that thread is another developer saying that he also released a ROM and go to this other thread to read all about it. You may like that idea, I don't know, to me it's a wtf moment.

Disclaimers: I don't know anyone in this thread, I am not selling or buying a lapdock, no animals were harmed in the making of this post, and I am not responsible for you bricking your phone. I just ask the opposite question as you: why is the OP not allowed to sell his lapdock for whatever the market pays?

I haven't bought one, but have bought other stuff from there. They seem to photoshop any brand names out for their photos, as they're not genuine I suppose.
I'd guess that the missing 'g' would be on the actual cover.

All of his feedback as a seller are for nothing more than like $50. 15 feedback, of unrelated items to technology. Where does one magically get 80+ of these. And can sell them for half of what they sell for AND make a profit...
Look at some of their previous purchases.
Too fishy for me to order the Calimare this time around.
Location is Hong Kong. Almost guarantee that it's a fake.
anything coming from Hong Kong should always be approached with caution. Now Ebay does have rules again st selling counterfeit items, to the point that if caught the entire account will be disabled. Kinda Worth the risk at the price, just make sure you are not spending your rent money on it.
Alot like gambling IMO, you could get the legit thing at a great price, but also keep in mind its cheap enough to just order straight from Google, if you want to be 100% sure.
So people,
Looks like our doubts have been confirmed. The listing has now been removed from eBay.
You were just too good to be true.

Hello there. Is it worth to buy this phone now? How long may it be supported by community devs? Are there any alternatives for ~250$ (in regards of battery and hardware)? I am looking for a smartphone with battery larger than 3000mAh or with AMOLED screen (or both of these options). It would be nice bonus if it was smaller than 15cm in height.

This phone is a beast still today because of active development by the developers. If you want a pbone with both amoled and battery above 3000 mah in 250$ range than the only option is Samsung J8. So my suggestion to you is go for the xiaomi redmi note 5 Pro or wait for the MiA2.
Actually, in my country Lenovo P2 is avaible for ~200$. Is it a good deal?

i won't say it is a good deal in this price ..but will be a great deal if you get it under $150 . you can get a better device in 250 nowadays with a little less of a battery strength but it will be fine for a days use .
best phone for its specs in its price range imo, also a lot of software developments going on for it also makes it a fine choice...yes its still worths it.
I would definitely buy it again. My only concern would be the state of the battery since these phones have being on shelves for quite a while now. I don't know if that would affect battery life and I would like to know it, though (If anyone does).
Great deal !

I wish I could help you but probably none of local internet shops makes it abroad.
First, we have a site ceneo.pl which seeks for best offers for given product. You can use that to look at polish shops. Important note: Allegro is an auction site and some offers there may be a scam.
But you may try to contact other site's service and ask if transaction from France is possible. Google translate should be enough to find contact info on these.
