hi folks, as some of you may have know that connectionsetup doesnt have Canada listed as the country. I'd like to add the settings into the provisions.zip but I can't figure out the password for the zip. There was an older archive that uses a password of 1234 but I don't really want to have the latest setting list. I was wonder if anybody could figure out what's the password for the attached file. I've tried bruteforce password recovery for all printable letters up to 5 char but still no success.

Try this one, you may have to enter the wapuser1:wap username and password

Very very updated database (Provision.zip <=> PROVIS~1.005)
I think it's OK for all Windows Mobile Devices, please test and report unexpected error.

Many thanks, it work perfectly with my Touch HD under Pyrana ROM v.12B. It resolve many problems (MMS...)

Well. Download "htc_connection_setup_1_5_37142_1.cab" and simply copy to your SD card or phone memory.
Execute and install it directly from your phone!!!
If you want, rename it before copy to your phone, so you'll have a shorter name, something like "Connection Setup.cab"

Then view "IPL: Insert USB CABLE"
On PC run P526FUU.exe then click top left cornel then enable "Expert mode"

Will this ROM work on ASUS P550? I know it might be a stupid question, but as I am quite new to the PDA scene, I haven't got any answers from those arrogant senior members who probably know it all but are all too cocky to answer me. I haven't found a single place where it would explaing about ROMs, EXT ROMs, unlocking them, flashing, tools, utils etc on ASUS phones. There seem to be people who know all this and people who don't and those who know don't want to share any of their knowledge. This really sucks. Maybe You are kind and have some guides/guidance?

I try to use different rom's (BElite/TOM diamond v3.3 ..) so I have always the same pb I can' t use all fonctionality
For exemple I can't use vodafone to acces tv
Just to confirm I have install the Official Rom 1.37.163.4 FRE by Ssniper91
With this one I can use all fonctionality but it's very inconfortable to use it
not optimize .. pfff
I try to find the ultimate rom on this forum so there is to many post and information to configure each fonctionality ..

i was on orange rom (at least 5 min lol) and after testing all rom i chose the original HTC in french with some homemade tweaks.
indeed there is a lack of cooker for now... let's see in future.
btw i have the cab from my Orange rom to see TV but it doesnt work on my HTC rom, but i have tweaked Opera to see orange TV... is someone help me to proper work this cab?

I find the correspondance with the processor so my diamond have a UALCOMM(R) processor so what cba file must be copying to my diamond ARM / MIPS / SH3 / SH4 ??

I've tried every Bepe's rom, and Diamond project 3,2 and 3.3.
The best ? For me, the last bepe 0.99dx, more stable, faster than anyone, and really translate, with real t9...

I did
But my issue was not the azerty keyboard, I had it ; but the t9, few words in french, then I have to type every letter of every word...

Just copy it into /windows/opera9 folder through an activesync connection.
The Vodafone portal will work perfectly. I don't know about TV.
