Menu > Save
4) Now enter the settings below for T-Mobile MMS
Menu > New APN
Name > T-Mobile MMS
APN > general.t-mobile.uk
Username > t-mobile
Password > tm
MMSC > h ttp://mmsc.t-mobile.co.uk:8002 < Make shure you remove the space at the beginning of the link between the h and t
MMS proxy > 149.254.201.135
MMS port > 8080
APN type > mms
Menu > Save
5) Press on each of the APN settings (internet & mms) that you selected in step 1 and press Menu > Delete APN for each of them.

'Rogers' MMS on O2 Xda IIs?

Does anyone know how to setup MMS on this device?
I'm using Xda with Rogers Wireless (cellular service provider) in Canada. I know that I have to subscribe to their MMS service, but they won't support my device and I have to figure out how to set it up myself.
Can ANYONE help? Step-by-Step?
Also, does MMS use GPRS to send/receive MMS message? Or is it the same as TEXT messaging.
REALLY appreciated!
Many thanks for even taking the time to READ this message!

T-mobile MMS Settings

First off... I did search all the threads and could not find any relevant information for the dash. I have the WM 6.1 ROM by Kavana.
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Excalibur_WM61tzones
I tried following the instructions in that wiki to configure my MMS settings for T-mobile but when it says:
# Scroll to MMS
# Menu > Settings > Menu > MMSC Settings
I do not have menu item "settings" listed in my mms menu... I set it up before on my other phone but I cannot get to the page where I input that configuration info. Someone please help?
Thanks.
My apologies... the menu directory structure was not stated correctly in the wiki, i found the submenu which you can input the information. Mods, you may delete this thread if you wish.
hmm... it still says error synrchonising when i try to send/receive... i must be doing something wrong still...
put a "." in your username and password it will still say error but you will get your MMS's working
