So it started, that marketplace did not work and then it went to zune.
So both apps start loading and it is written loading and then it crashes.
The only way to start zune is to reboot, but marketplace wont work
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!
you can go to zune.net/support and in the upper left side it will give you the status of the zune servers.
That might help you troubleshoot.
On the otherhand it may just be a glitch. Have you tried restarting your phone?

Linking a hotmail account on my TMO TP2 caused an install of a windows live program. Now, whenever I try to search with the Live Search app I get an error: "Sorry, an error has occurred, and the application needs to close."
I've tried reinstalling live search, updating it, updating it to the Bing app which also does the same thing but worse because it doesn't close properly, turning off caching to card, and soft resets.
Short of doing a hard reset (I don't know if it's worth that hassle), I dont' know how to fix it, I can't seem to uninstall Windows live.
Incidentally, installing an updated cab of Live Search allowed me to uninstall it without even the version that came installed on the phone.
UPDATE: Uninstalling a custom Font by Godzon fixed the error I'd been having so Windows Live wasn't the cause after all... His fonts look great but A lot of them are bigger than the default font causing all kinds of problems. I had edited some of my manila files so that it wouldn't cut off some of the text in TouchFlo.
I just ran into some silly annoying "feature"
if you did not dl and install an app via the zune marketplace on your desktop, they will not be reinstalled automatically if u sync after a hard reset, nor can u install them via your desktop zune, you'll have to reinstall them via your phone.
am I missing something or is this how it works
Yeah I've discovered this too, I'm sure it will be fixed with a future update to the zune software. Pretty much all it needs is page to display all the apps you've purchased on your account and a tickbox next to each for whether you want it to be automatically re-synced after a hard reset.
Btw the other side-affect of the whole thing is that if you buy an app from the zune marketplate (or trial, freeware etc) you could end up having a crapton of programs you no longer want/need when you hard-reset. Hard-resetting for me already re-installs some crapware.
This all started happening after HTC Hub wanted to update yesterday. After trying to update, the Market froze and I had to restart the phone, after that it worked for a while and froze again only this time I was able to exit out of the Market, it just wouldn’t load up after trying to open it again.
Tried updating HTC Hub (again), BigOven & Insider today and I’m getting: “There is a problem completing your request. Try again later. Error Code: c101a7d4”
Anyone else having this issue? Or any fixes?
A workaround for some folks has been to remove the apps that won't update, and then download them again.
I'll give that a try thanks
Edit: uninstalling and reinstalling seemed to work, I hope I don't keep getting errors every time I need to update an app
Most of the times that I've had problems, it was due to the trial versions bug (can't update trial versions of apps without removing the app - it will generate an error). There also appears to be some random Marketplace issues with issuing licenses, in which trying again a bit later seems to make everything work.
The other time I had an issue installing any app, it was because I had disabled cookies in IE. Found a post that indicated IE cookies are necessary for something about app installations, and turning cookies back on fixed the issue.
Faced the problem too yesterday. I just wait an hour or 2 and it was ok.

I wish it was that easy for me lol ..HTC Hub is still facked up. Had an update on a few other apps today and they went good except for SpeedierDial giving me the same error now. I'm gonna wait a few hours and try again.
I uninstalled HTC Hub, but it's still showing in my active downloads, so when I go to reinstall it says "check install" install of allowing me to install it.
I'm gonna wait an hour or 2, restart the phone and see what happens. This is getting annoying though, especially if I have to uninstall an app like SpeedierDial, I'll loose all my settings.
Just an update, After waiting and rebooting again, I deleted HTC Hub from my "downloads" in the Marketplace and then reinstalled and it worked.
However, SpeedierDial still still will not update. Giving me the same error code as before.
I have rooted my fire, sucessfully installed the market, gmail app and youtube however I am unable to connect my gmail account to any of them. During the initial login process of signing into my account. I keep getting this error that says "Cant establish a reliable data connection to the server". It does it with all 3 of those apps. I know my wifi is working as im able to access the internet. Im wondering if maybe i need to reinstall the google services framework or something?
Have any of you seen this and been able to work around it? Im able to run all apps except google ones.
Thanks
okay i figured it out, had to install the syncsettings, turn off background data, restarted, then reinstalled googleframework, restarted, turned background data back on. then it let me sign in.
weird!!
Anyone have other tips for dealing with this issue on a wifi-only Kindle? Nothing I've tried has worked. There's a so-called YouTube hack, but I don't even know what version of YouTube to install that might work to let me setup my Google account without going through the same interface that the Play Store uses. Thanks
Hi guys,
Been trying to figure out why I can't seem to play games on the Facebook messenger, it shows the loading screen then it's just pause's, the numbers stoping between 70-99%
I have tried uninstalling, clearing catch and different versions,
the only time I have been able to get it working is when I completely wiped my phone and started fresh, it was working ok even after I finished installing all my apps for a few hours and then it was doing the same thing ? and not loading the only game I was able to get to load in this state was Tetris everything else was a no go.
Any thoughts on how I can resolve this with out wiping my phone.
I'm on globe 8.2.1
Thanks in advance
Seems I have figured it out - seems that the ad-blocker "unified hosts manager" found through Magisk is what was causing the problem,
even though I deactivated all categories, or removed it completely it seems to leave a lot behind in the hosts file which seems to block the game from loading. Once replaced with a blank one it's back to normal.
When I get a chance I'll go through the file and see if I can find the entry that blocks it.

Did you had the chance to check which entry blocks the games? Is there any other fix than removing the hosts?
If anyone's still looking for the answer: you need to white-list "connect.facebook.net" in order for Facebook games to load.
