Is there a way to get my app drawer back to the stock one. I really liked it more than what my options are on cm6

Twice my girlfriend has accidentially dragged a homescreen app to the launcher trying to delete it and I can't figure out how to fix it without doing a restore is there any other way?

You trying to uninstall the application or remove it from the home screen?

I did the same thing, I had to restore, which didn't matter to me cause I had just backed up right before the mishap. But that was the only way I could get it to remove it

To restore the launcher bar:
Long press on the home screen
Select custom shortcut/pick you activity/launcher actions/open close app drawer
Select OK
Drag the icon to the launcher.
I supppose you could drag the new icon to the left or right side of the launcher to make restoring it easier.

How do I get that app opening zoom effect back? Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

try using adwlauncher-EX, it features more animations than launcherpro =)
For the app drawer? menu > preferences > advanced settings > app drawer opening speed. If it is set at 10 there will be no zooming effect. Mine is set at 4.
The app drawer is absolutely perfect with the zoom but it isn't doing that with my apps.

That's wierd.. It looks like the app opening and the app drawer opening speeds are set by the same control... my drawer and apps do it at the same speed..
Maybe you could try setting it the way you want it and then rebooting, if you havent already.. that's all I got

Click to collapse
Uses more memory, less overall performance
[email protected] and the app doesn't zoom at all, just the app drawer..

I downloaded and bought a couple of themes but when I choose any of them launcher pro would still look the same, anyone knows why is this

Did you restart lp after?
The themes are going to be under widget settings and for each individual widget you can set the theme for it. Restart launcher pro afterwards.

And what about theme'ing everything else? I.e. calling bar, unlock screen bar- does the phone has to be rooted to do in example call/answer bar theme'ing?
Is there anyway to get a free scrolling app drawer? I don't like the page by page that they make us use.
BTW I will NEVER use another launcher.

You probably know this, but it scrolls in list view.

You're right I knew that. I just don't like that view.

I can't believe almost everyone likes the free scroll app drawer I've tried it on both of my HTC gingerbread phones and its always choppy and doesn't scroll smooth and clean. I tried about 12 Rome on my thunderbolt before finally downloading gingeritis sense 2.1 before finally finding a Tom with the stock scrolling app drawer. And put my wife's inc2 back to stock because she hated the freescroll so much.
Is it Possible to change app drawer to scroll Vertically Than Horiantely on CM9 Defy ?

use apex launcher, it is based on the stock ics/jb launcher but with much more functionality, one of them is to make the apps in the app drawer scroll vertically.
Any luck if we can change scroll orientation other than launchers..default launcher should scroll vertically...
