I really wanted to try the Google Chrome to Phone app, but I couldn't find it on the Android Market (I'm in Hong Kong). I even clicked on some QR links to the app, but again, it couldn't be found on the Market.
Anybody else have this issue? Is it not available for the DHD or in Hong Kong?
Yes i have the same problem. I had to download the application from another place found-it on a blog ...
@liniutze- could you message me with where you managed to find the app?

I just buy a new galaxy note II N7100, and the app "Samsung Apps" is missing, so si the Kies air app... Is this normal?
I didn't found it either, but you can enter to samsungapps.com and download it, maybe it will say that you are going to replace an already installed app (it happened to me), and at the bottom of the main screen there is a tab called "Apps selected by samsung", there is Kies Air, Polaris Office (full) , Application monitor (widget) and others that used to be in old stock ROMs ( some of them were in my SGS2)
Thanks!
Thanks a lot man! that did the trick!
Hello,
when i start the pre-install App "Video Hub" (Version (1.1.46) a message pop up show that a new Version is available. After change to the Samsung Apps, another message told that the Product is not available (Erorrcode 4002).
Do anybody face the same problem? Or any solution idea?
Greeting
Tomy
Update is available now.
¡¡IMPORTANT!! -I'm not the developer of this app, or affiliated with the devs. Just want to share my experience
Hi everyone,
One of my biggest problem with the fire tv stick was to find the apks of the android tv version of an app, which usually isn't the same apk that you have installed on your phone (and are impossible to find ). I found this app called YalpStore that basically lets you download apps from the play store as an android tv device and doesn't require Google play services.
How to use:
-Download the app from xda labs and sideload it on your fire tv
-Open the app, click on the menu button on your remote and select "search"
-if asked, select "log in without google account"(experimental)
-to navigate inside the app, you may need the "mouse toggle" app to emulate a mouse pointer (or a Bluetooth mouse)
Install the apps and enjoy

Hope it is useful
I just found this app too. Using my google account I was able to download apps that I have paid for and directly load the and install the app. There is a tutorial https://www.reddit.com/r/AndroidGaming/comments/7il7qx/tutorial_how_to_download_any_android_tv_game/ You can download the Yalp app https://labs.xda-developers.com/store/app/com.github.yeriomin.yalpstorehttp://
I don't believe you need to be rooted to use this Yalp.
Within Yalp are some options to blacklist andn whitelest apps but I have not experimented to see if that has any validity on my Firstick 1, x5.2.6.0, rooted.
nice

Seems like developer just abandoned this project. And based on commit history He's missing himself since October 2018.
I'd recommend Yalp's fork - AuroraStore. Though didn't use it myself, it's at least have active commits...

While I am waiting for my Galaxy, has anybody tried the older Wearable Widgets app for S3 on the Galaxy, and its phone companion app? Not sure why Samsung refused further store entries and hence development of this at first sight genius concept...bluetooth streaming regular Android widgets to the app face. Would open a huge number of widgets for apps not yet (or never) supported. http://wearablewidgets.com/gear/
Good news from a German forum, WearableWidgets running if fresh installation, not taken over from a S3 install. Letting you see for example the status of your smartphone battery.
